"I suppose I should have read the reviews before visiting. My first experience at this restaurant, on March 29, was disappointing. I ordered a bagel with chicken salad, but the bagel was burnt and hard. Including a bag of chips and a fruit bar, I ended up spending $18. I was really disappointed that the person preparing my food noticed how burnt the bagel was but still served it to me. I couldn't eat it, and it felt like a total waste of money."

"I came into the store last week purchased a bagel and a chicken sandwich which was amazing. I returned this week and purchased the same sandwich also a tuna sandwich, when I got to work I found out that they heated the chicken up without me asking. Thechicken was very hard, you just couldn't bit into the rap. Two days later I returned to the store and I asked to speak to theperson who made my order the manager was standing there and she heard me talking the about the order, she came over and startedto yell at both of us. I told her I don't know what's your problem but I'm just having a conversation with the woman about myorder from the other day, she was going on about my husband coming into the store and complaining about the sandwich. I told Imyhusband never came there she said they had a similar situation that week with someone about a sandwich I told her that hasnothing to do with me but this manager had a total meltdown and she storm out of the area to the back of the store. I could notbelieve her behavior infront of her employees and customers. I can't believe this store has her for a manager. I was never aperson that shopped in that bagel store that was my second time. I enjoyed my sandwich and bagel that I purchased the first timethat's why I returned the second time and my order was not all bad only the chicken rap was but when I returned to talk to theperson that made the order for me and the manager went off on me that change it for me. I can't go back there."

"I was quite disappointed with the Taylor Ham, Egg, and Cheese Sandwich. As someone from New Jersey, I expect the pork roll (Taylor Ham) to be crispy, but it turned out floppy and undercooked. I ordered my eggs over easy, hoping for the yolk to be runny, but instead, the entire egg was rubbery, and the bacon was the same. I would rate this a 1 out of 5 and can't recommend it for breakfast. The only highlight of the meal was the Yoo-hoo."
