"This restaurant is extremely disorganized! They don't have consistent hours and open and close whenever they feel like it. I've never been able to reach them by phone to ask about their hours. I have no idea who runs this place or what's going on, but it has gone from being an average family restaurant to a real disappointment. There's a lack of updates and maintenance, both inside and out, which is very apparent. There's not much positive to say about this place anymore. I really don’t understand how they’re still in business; perhaps this is why they have such erratic hours. I definitely suggest looking elsewhere for dining options."

"We (me and one other person) got sat at 3:07. A fellow come in behind us. He got greeted before we did. Got his drink and his meal before we ever did. We waited for 40 mins and no one greeted us. The dinning room wasn’t super busy either. About a total of 9 ppl. How awful. Someone who come in behind us got a normal experience. We got shit on. No one came up to us at all. And when we went to go leave no one tried to say anything either. Needless to say it was a waste of time. Hopefully you’re other customers get treated better than we did."

"We were fortunate to have a wonderful waitress named Simone. She took all our orders without writing them down, and I was honestly worried she might mix something up or forget an order. To our surprise, everything came out perfectly hot and exactly as we requested. Simone was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. "The service was incredibly quick, and the portion sizes were just right for us. We were on an 800-mile adventure in about 26 hours, and this place was conveniently located just an hour from home. None of us ended up having dinner that night. I ordered the 2-egg lift and shared half of each type of meat with my companion. He got a 2-egg plate with sausage, accompanied by a rich gravy and cookies. He was a bit disappointed because he loves tomato juice, but unfortunately, it wasn't available at this location. Overall, the food was delicious, the staff was friendly, and everything was served fast. This could very well become my go-to spot for quick meals on the highway from now on."

"**Restaurant Review Update for 2024:** Despite a few hiccups, such as ice spilling onto our table and some biscuits being overlooked, we really enjoyed our time here. The service was excellent, and our server had a fantastic attitude, sharing laughs with us. **Updated Review for 2022:** This place remains just as wonderful as ever. The food is consistently great, the staff is friendly, and the environment is clean. **Updated Review for 2020:** They have always prioritized customer satisfaction here. On May 25, 2020, during the COVID pandemic lockdown (or whatever you want to call it), I took my birthday girl to this restaurant because it’s our tradition. Although the building was closed, we made use of a picnic table by our Chevy. The waitress came out wearing a face mask and kindly asked if we needed anything else. The staff turned what could have been a disappointing birthday into a memorable one. I think I earned some dad points that day! I bring all four of my kids here every year on their birthdays (or on Saturday if their birthday falls on a Sunday). God bless this staff for everything they do!"

"Staff was wonderful. They were very attentive and always smiling. The atmosphere was electric. Very fun classic diner feel. They had jukeboxes at most of the booths. All of the food was delicious. The Idaho Nachos were great. The fries were crispy and golden brown, and seasoned to perfection. I got the Reuben Sandwich and it was great. If you going through Idaho Falls, give this place a try. The little kids in my group loved it!"

"Best Tuna in the city!’Sweetest man behind the counter Ken, and the girls are angels.I have Been ordering food, snacks, groceries for years.But today i had A terrible experience that i would LikeTo share.M wife is under the weather and had the urge for tuna. I called In an order for delivery. I gave the employee my credit card and when I asked him to repeat it back to me he Refused snd said he had no time. I insisted He read it back and instead asked me for the number again. He refused to read it back. Feeling insecure i asked for Ken who is always kind and soft spoken. I was told said he wasn’t . I then asked to speak to the manager. He said there was no manager and told me again he has no time and hung up on me.We live around the corner. So i decided To walk over and be sure the order was correct snd to be sure he had the correct credit card number. Sure enough Ken WAS there as well as the manager. And the store was practically empty. They have at least five people who make sandwiches and and there are always two people at the register.This is no way to treat any costumer nor is it good business practice to be rude and not to confirm the correct credit card number. He lied when he said there was no manager and that Ken wasn’t there.Better to go in than to be spoke to the way I was. I would Suggest you ask for Ken if he’s there and whatever you do try the tuna!"

"After tip this is what $50 gets you for a family of three that only drank ice-water. I was really hoping this could be my new Dan 's. I was a regular the kind of tipper that the servers new my order but they closed down I 'm looking for a daily diner to replace them. This place failed to be my new regular. I wanted to go back for dinner to try the liver onions but after this experience I will never go back I do not recommend you waist your time or money here. Atmosphere was expected. Service isn 't great if the server takes advantage of you. Food: I 'm not sure why the eggs in the omelet was so white. Or why they were so tasteless. The ham tasted old, I pushed it to the side. I order the ham cheese omelet asked for a slight adjustment; if they can put the ham in my hasbrowns instead of in the eggs. The server said so you want a cheese omelet I said, No. I 'll take the ham cheese omelet but could you do a slight adjustment place the ham in my hasbrowns instead of in the eggs . She said yes. If she said anything about an up charge I would have just left it as is. Why am I being charged an extra $1.26 for the same meal. It 's not like they cooked the ham inside of the hash browns. They just tossed some on top of them as you see in the picture. To top it off, the ham had an off taste(mabe old or left out 2 long) I pushed it to the side once I realized that bad taste was coming from the ham. The server lacked proper communication. Her objective was how much could I surcharge, that pettiness made her lose a strong tip a new regular who knows how to tip when treated right. I was told the waffle was dry the other oder started hurting my daughter 's stomach minutes after she ate it. We 'll never go back."
