"I used this restaurant for my daughter's party last Sunday. My wife placed an order for a hero and an olive tray. I went to pick up the order at 12:30, but it wasn't ready until 12:45. They told me it would be ready in 5 minutes, but when I received the order, they only gave me two trays of hero and a bag, leaving out the olive tray. When my wife called to inquire about the missing item, they gave her attitude and said that Steve would call her back. When I called, they informed me that Steve wouldn't be in that day. I have been playing phone tag with them to get my money back, and it's been frustrating. As a volunteer for Mastic, I'm disappointed in their service and will recommend finding a new place for our meetings. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone, as the owner does not try to make things right and just plays phone tag. Such a simple issue should have been resolved easily."
