"The wait staff here is fantastic. I ordered the biscuits and gravy, but unfortunately, it tasted burnt. I even found pieces of scorched gravy from the bottom of the pan in my dish. My husband couldn't take it anymore and left before finishing his meal. Out of courtesy, I decided to speak with the manager, or so I was told it was the manager's girlfriend. I explained the issue, saying the food tasted burnt. Her response was, "I can’t understand that; we’ve been serving that same batch all week." I couldn’t believe it and replied, "Really? That’s not the information I needed." She then came to my table to inspect the dish and afterward charged us over $4 for our drinks. It's disappointing, but we won't be returning. On a positive note, the staff was really nice and accommodating, which is unfortunate because the food and management just didn't meet the mark."
