"I've visited this restaurant frequently in the past, but my recent experiences with the service have been disappointing. The popcorn chicken is tasty, but the portions have gotten smaller and the consistency in both price and serving size has become an issue. There is a wide variety of tea options available, and you can customize the sweetness level or choose from Vietnamese-style coffee and Thai tea. However, even when ordering ahead, there can be a wait, and I often find myself having to call multiple times before someone answers. They do offer a rewards program where you can earn points by sharing your phone number. The location is conveniently situated near Barnes & Noble, at the former Café Express and James Avery sites. There are also a TJ Maxx and Spirit Halloween behind the shopping center, but there isn’t much else in the immediate area apart from some other retail stores I don’t often visit. Overall, the drinks remain fairly standard, with an average price range of $4-5."
