"We ordered the house salad, the top-rated pizza, and the brisket lasagna. When the pizza was served, we requested a pizza spatula, only to be told, "Use your hands." While I understand that eating pizza by hand is common, I found the response surprising, especially for a $27 pizza.
That said, the food was enjoyable, though the vinaigrette dressing was a bit bland compared to what I've had elsewhere. The brisket lasagna was served piping hot and was excellent, and the "hand-served" pizza was also good. Overall, it was a decent experience—certainly not great, but good. However, given the abundance of pizza and Italian options available, I believe that better service could really enhance their appeal."
