"error rate up to 80% started with a 75% error rate, went to 80% and then to 85% error rate in errors made to my pickup orders last year. I originally never checked my orders, but every time I came home, I noticed something was missing. I accuse myself not to check before leaving, but how hard is it to get a simple wing / rider / nachos order right? missing fires, false wing sauce, forget carrots / ranch dressing, 2 orders of boneless instead of one and one, failing to give me reward points, adding things to my order that I did not want, etc. seriously, how uncompetent can these people be? I have even stopped ordering online because of the mistakes and ordering only in person now, but still they do. I have recently been informed that another regional manager has taken over so that hopefully the dinge will improve (they cannot get worse). below are the updates since my original review:Update 8/14/22. like the clockwork they forget the ultimate afteros with my order, but for the luck this time I checked. error rate now at 80%Update: 9/11/22. this time my big pommes were missing. now error rate at 85% omt, 3 bites for 40 wings and 3 pieces celery. platz is the worst update: 10/2/22. It could be that they finally learned. my order was perfect with all the things I ordered, including. Maybe it's a sign of things to come. we just need to see the worst management ever!"

"I ordered two pizzas, but when I got home, the order was incorrect. I had a hungry family visiting, and I wanted to make them aware of the mistake, not to get anything for free. They asked me to return the pizza for a replacement, but at 10:00 PM, I wasn't going back out. The young lady I spoke with was rude and hung up on me. Customer service and politeness are essential, and it's disappointing to see a business overlook that. I didn't lie about anything. Some businesses may assume the worst about customers, but I simply wanted to address their poor service. When I tried to explain my situation, all I received in return was rudeness. An apology costs nothing. If you're running a business, you need to know how to connect with people. I spent my money there to support them, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be treated so poorly. It’s truly disheartening."

"Have loved every time I have been in this restaurant EVER. This one in Burlington is no exception. Nice staff, quick service, delicious food. My only complaint is that my boneless wings were not completely covered with sauce, but I didn't bring it to the staff who I am sure would have corrected it. They did not use any contact billing where the link was sent to me in a text and I paid online what I LOVED. I will definitely come back."

"This location is a hit or miss (mostly a miss). We have ordered here about 10 times in the past 10 months hoping that the next one will be better. For the vast majority of these times, they have gotten our order wrong (e.g., have included fries even after paying extra for onion rings, wrong sauce on the wings or there was a side completely missing). The two times our order was correct it was fresh and we enjoyed it. If you’re doing take out, please check your entire order before leaving the premises."

"Went here and spent almost 100 the wings I ordered weren't fresh they never brought our celery carrots or ranch, they brought out the adults food while our all child had to wait, you should never bring out half the party's food let alone ask a hungry 5year old to wait and watch everyone else wat. Not to mention I never did see our waitress again for a refill and the table waswet when we sat down which is a very nasty feeling on your arms. Definitely won't be back to this one"

"I live just a block and a half away, so I eat here quite often. The food is pretty good, especially the BBQ chicken sandwich. The main reason I keep coming back is the excellent service. I have never had a bad experience with the servers or hostesses. In fact, they have the best waiting staff I've encountered since moving to East Lansing for law school last August. Madisson, in particular, is always attentive and pleasant, providing a great culinary experience every time I am in her section. Keep up the great work, EL B-Dubs!"

"WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Okay. The service was bad. The wings were dry hard and very old over cooked and burnt 50 of them!!! 10 in each box with only a small containter half full each they were the smallest wings ever seen in the United States of America and on top of it. I ordered a salad okay just a regular salad and that was horrible. Just horrible the vegetables were old. The lettuce was Brown and had to throw the $20 overpriced sald in the garbage. Again, the wings were the worst in the world It was so embarrassing to bring them home. It was a takeout for three families takes them home. I think we got like. $50 with the food in all wings and paid cash and the short young rude blonde even begged us for a tip after giving g us a worthless free 10 wings if we come back. Worst experience ever will never never go back. We have told all our friends and family about it and warn them to be where. If they wanna Be ripped off. That's the place to go. Saint cloud Minnesota. "my grandson I was on Sunday, 25th October 2020 at buffalo wild wings to watch the packers and the texans, we are both big packers fans so we are very happy with the game result. we had a few appetizers during the 1st half kicked pickles and cheese curds (we are packer fans) the place was quite full and the waitresses ran around very busy, but our waitress jeannie did an excellent job to take care of us throughout the game! our drinks were always full and she checked us regularly to see if we needed something else. just before half the time we ordered a wrap and boneless wing with fries, just like the appetizer 's had earlier, eating came fast, hot and tasteful and just as we had ordered it. I urge everyone who bw3 in kokomo to try in and ask jeannie when they do it, they will not regret."

"The size of the boneless wings were noticeably much smaller than previously experienced at other locations. We informed our server that the carrots and celery were missing. Never saw the server again until the end. When we told him again and he just laughed and said shall I get them now and box them up, only joking . No apology or anything. Really poor customer services. He seemed more interested in chatting and laughing with other members of staff. Not very professional. I 've given it 2 stars as the food that did come was tasty and as expected, but the size of the boneless were noticeably smaller. No stars for service."

"First time visiting this location in many years. Waited 30 minutes for one 24 oz beer. My 2 kids got their pop luckily, so our appetizer didn't choke me too much. "The driver assured me he would return to get my correct order, and I asked him to give me about 15 minutes. However, after waiting that long, I still hadn't received a call or my pizza. I called the driver back, and he stated that the manager claimed he had called me and spoken to me, which was not true. I then called the restaurant and spoke to someone named "Happy." Ironically, I was the unhappy one without my pizza. He mentioned they would send me a loan for a medium pizza. I found it odd when he introduced himself and added “hug” to his name, as it felt insincere. If they really cared, they would have addressed this sooner and ensured my original order was correct. At this point, I am still hungry and really wanted my cheese pizza but had no extra money to order from another place. I had budgeted just enough for what I initially ordered. Overall, this first experience was disappointing, and I will be following up regarding my credit."

"I called ahead and was told I needed to make a reservation online. Unfortunately, I couldn't find an option for seven people, so I had to book for six and leave a note mentioning we were a party of seven. The restaurant did accommodate us, but it seemed they hadn't read the notes. Even though we had a reservation for 6:30, we waited about 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged us at the entrance, and then it was another 20 minutes before we were seated. There were several others waiting alongside us as well. Our food didn’t arrive until around 7:45 PM, and our drinks were left empty for quite some time. To make matters worse, our order was incorrect and all the fries were cold. Although the staff were friendly, they appeared to be understaffed during our visit. When the bill came, however, they graciously treated my daughter to a complimentary dessert for her birthday. I think the restaurant would benefit from hiring more staff and improving their online reservation system."

"waited 15 minutes to be filled with restaurant 1/4. 30 minutes before we were seen from a server. ordering food and drink as soon as it came to the table and expects that the food should last. and the water did not come out until the food was 40 minutes later. assumed, the kitchen is possibly short personal as most places in these days. we only saw our server when they put something on the table so that we could not check the status of feed and drink. the manager is incredibly rude. they acted as if we had asked her for her first born child when we had asked her to change the tvs into the two games in the march. wings were kold. had she sent back, but it should have been there for another hour. this place needs a great overhaul. the drive is worth a bit more to get better service. side note: out server was very friendly and seemed to understand the quality of the service was not on par. the problems come from the administration."

"I’ve eaten here on several occasions but my experience on Friday was beyond awful. First let me say, the food is always great, but our service was HORRIBLE. The waiter (Didn’t give his name)was very antsy and it seemed as if it was his first night working. I’m not sure if it was the fact that we had over 15 people in our party, but he was not accommodating at all. Food came out late. Never received any drink refills. We never got napkins that we asked for. I ordered a drink, but he brought something totally different to me and stated that the bar no longer makes it the way I initially requested. Mind you my sister had same drink order and hers came out just as she requested. I can go on about this experience, but there’s no need. If I had to give a yes or no about returning, it’ll definitely be a NO."

"If I can give minus stars I would have. I have ordered take outs from this branch not only once, not twice, not five times and every single time they surprise with how horrible they are. Let’s start with the staff that is supposed to be “welcoming” customers at the door, no one actually does that. They just look up from their phones or the ordering screen andlook back down, they have the worst attitudes talking to customers, they ask you for your name every 10 minutes mind you therewas only myself and another guy waiting for take out orders. If you receive a text that your order is ready don’t believe it,everytime I have to wait an hour to hour and a half afterwards to actually get my food. They always forget something and when Icall they play dumb despite the fact that I always give them the receipt/order number. Never apologize for that and give me anattitude then suggest that I come back to get the rest of the order! The rewards points, they can never see it in the systemsomehow, I place the orders online and it shows that I redeemed the points at the checkout but somehow I always get charged andit never works! Finally the food, the wings always taste like they were cooked at least the day before, super dry. I didn’tknow chicken wings can be that dry honestly. The meat doesn’t carry the flavor, like you can taste this is the dry blandchicken soaked in lumpy but flavorful sauce. And to my surprise yesterday when I received the order the veggies that I orderedas sides were FROZEN to a point where the celery as you can see in the picture changed its color. This branch manager should beashamed of the quality of everything in there."

"Good staff My friends and I got a late night snack last night and realized halfway through our meal that it was almost closing time. I'm guessing since we were the only people in there the staff were really kind about it and never said anything other than letting us know when the last call for drinks was. I can't remember the name of the waitress that served us but she was friendly and attentive to our table, and checked on us regularly. The manager also brought a smile to our table while helping our waitress. Very chill environment and a nice way to end the night with my friends and good food."
