"Sorry to go against the masses here but we were disappointed after reading all the great reviews. Went basic with pork fried rice and a pair of egg rolls. The egg rolls tasted as though the oil had been used a bit too long. Although the egg rolls themselves weren't burnt, the flavor tasted burnt or a little bitter. As for the pork fried rice, it was quite greasy and also suffered from the same kind of burnt flavor. I will say they do pack a lot of bbq pork in there which is nice to see. The service was fast and friendly but we will be trying a few other Elgin spots before we return. Just one couple's opinion."
