"It's difficult to assign a star rating to this restaurant because the food was quite good, and the server was friendly and attentive. However, during my most recent visit (Saturday, 1/2/21), the negatives overshadowed the positives, and I’ve decided not to return. There were two sushi chefs who were not wearing masks, as well as a bartender who was also unmasked. Although the sushi chefs were separated from their customers by a cooler that stored the fish, the bartender was in close contact with customers without a mask. The waitress had her mask below her nose, and there were no signs indicating that facial coverings and social distancing are legally required. When I asked the waitress about the mask policy, she admitted she was unaware of any such requirement. For context, Palm Beach County mandates that all restaurant staff wear masks properly over both their mouths and noses, and restaurants must display signs outlining these health regulations. It is unacceptable that an employee would not be informed about these legal requirements. I was genuinely disappointed because this used to be one of my favorite spots. They have recently added new tables with burners for hot pot, which is one of my favorite dishes, and I would have loved to support this establishment. However, their disregard for the health of both patrons and staff means I will not return until the pandemic is over or until I learn that they are complying with county COVID regulations."

"Someone recommended this place so I wanted to try it out and I had been hooked since then. The very first time I went ti pick my food up because I wanted to see the place. As I walked in it was clean and very organized. The cashier was friendly and food was ready in 10 minutes I order the house special fried rice and spring rolls. BOTH super yummy and fresh. Then I had order delivery twice and the phone had been answered on a timely manner and the delivery is fairly fast. They do close earlier than most Chinese restaurants during the week I think 9pm. But if you want some good Chinese food give this guys a try."

"This is the best Chinese food around! Seriously, I'm not joking. There’s no indoor seating; it’s just a takeout place. If you let them know you’re eating in your car, they’ll even provide utensils. I absolutely love this spot. The roasted rice is amazing, and the crab Rangoon is delicious! All the soups are fantastic, and the Mongolian beef sets the standard for others. The General Tso's chicken is brilliant and reminds me of orange chicken. I could rave about this place endlessly. It’s a cozy little hole-in-the-wall, but it’s exceptionally clean. The prices are very reasonable, and the portions are generous. The staff is super friendly, and my food stays hot! We drove an hour to get there, and when we sat down to eat, the food was still steaming. If you're ever in the area and crave hot, delicious Chinese food, I highly recommend this place!"

"I took myself out last night to celebrate and, wanting to try somewhere I had never been, I chose Firebirds, and I am so glad that I did. Dinner here was fantastic! Our server was attentive, quick and polite. The jalapeno deviled eggs were as delicious as I had hoped they would be and the lemon drop martini was on point! My steak, filet wrapped in bacon, was cooked perfectly and the parmesan mashed potatoes complimented it well. The spinach salad really hit the spot. I'll be back ;"

"However, our experience with the staff was a bit mixed. The first person we encountered was a woman who led us to our table. She appeared somewhat distracted and unenthusiastic, simply pointing us towards a larger table than we actually needed, which came off as a bit rude. Unfortunately, this seemed to be a common theme among the staff, as they weren't particularly friendly, though they were not outright unfriendly either. Regarding the buffet, while some dishes weren't as warm or fresh, there were other items that were hot, fresh, and regularly replenished. The selection of food was quite good, and my daughter particularly enjoyed the unique taco they offered. My family is interested in returning when it's less crowded to see if the food quality improves and if the service is friendlier."

"I have ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats three times now and the food is consistently amazing, hot, and delicious. It is the best Chinese food I have ever had. The way they package the food is also very convenient, without any spills. Today they even included a Chinese calendar as a gift, which I hung on my office wall. "Nice restaurant with good service. We went for dinner on a Monday evening and they were not very busy, so we were seated right away. Our waitress told us that wine is half price on Mondays so we each had a Riesling which was very good. My wife really enjoyed her prime rib with scalloped potatoes. I had the baby back ribs. They were pretty good, but they had A LOT of BBQ sauce on them, which made them really messy. Our bill was just under $90. before the gratuity. "My mother couldn't stop raving about this place, so my husband and I decided to check it out with her. My husband ordered the Shrimp and Lobster Sauce and was absolutely amazed, declaring, “This is the best Chinese food I’ve ever had.” I chose the Plain Lo Mein, and they certainly weren’t stingy with the portion; I could easily stretch it into three or four meals. My mother got the Vegetable Lo Mein and enjoyed it as well. The service was decent. For three of us, the bill came to just $34.xx, which is quite reasonable. I really can’t think of any drawbacks—my mother was right; this restaurant does have great food!"

"The vegetarian food is so good and cheap. I get 2-3 meals out of the szechuan tofu and vegetables. Food comes out in like 15 minutes after calling so call ahead bc the indoor section is closed for the rona. Delivery took about 45 minutes food was hot and packaged with consideration. I think the spice level is on the low side but I like my food on the spicy side. Overall, this place is comparable to 3-6-9 for way less money. Especially if you’re a vegetarian."

"Placed a delivery order on a Sunday evening . Kids Fish Tacos meal was delicious. Chicken breast meal was a joke! Overcooked, tough dry chicken. No sauce included. "Loaded" baked potato arrived with NO topping, not even butter. Gave the chicken to my dog after sawing at it with a steak knife to even cut it. Called the manager the next morning and he was very responsive apologetic. Got my name address and fervently promised he apos;d put a gift card in the mail to me immediately. Three 1/2 weeks later: NO GIFT CARD. One star for the kids fish tacos. 2nd star because this app won apos;t allow me to give just one. 4 stars deducted for a pricey adult meal that was inedible lack of follow thru from the manager. I USED to be a regular customer there. No more. Ugh."

"I tried this restaurant for the first time, and I was really impressed by the prices! Typically, a happy family platter at other places costs $18 or more, but here it was only $12! Plus, Crab Rangoons are usually around $9, and they’re just $6 here! The prices are fantastic, and the food was delicious. I ordered the happy family, crab rangoons, and an egg roll, all of which were fresh and flavorful. While the crab rangoon wasn’t as sweet as I usually like, it was still tasty! The person I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and even gave me directions to ensure I found the restaurant easily. My food was ready in under 15 minutes, and the place was very clean as well. I highly recommend it!"
