"This restaurant offers a wide selection of textured vegetable protein (TVP) options on its vegan menu. Both the TVP General Tso's Beef and the TVP Orange Chicken are outstanding dishes. Additionally, many vegetarian options are also suitable for vegans. We highly recommend trying the fried aubergine with basil and the sweet Moo Shu. During our last visit, we sampled the TVP with broccoli, which was excellent. While the food is fantastic—like many places these days—the staff is consistently friendly and knowledgeable about which items can be made vegan.
