"I recently placed and ordered for sandwiches the entire order was wrong I ordered a honey turkey, they gave me a turkey pepperoni sandwich, the other sandwich, none of the garnishes I requested was on the sub. They are terrible with makinghoagies. what'd the use in placing the order on machine or selecting it online if they are not going to read it? They said itwas Uber eats fault. I said they deliver they don't make the sandwich its not there fault."

"Given the set of circumstances following hurricane Irma, staff efficiently and professionally directed traffic to move people through the gas pumps. Not only did it eliminate the usual chaos to obtain the necessities like gasoline. They did their best to make it a pleasant experience. Hats off to your awesome emoyees. "I ordered my food online without any issues. When I arrived at Wawa to pick up and pay for my order, I encountered some difficulties. The first cashier, a young black girl with very long fake eyelashes, rang me up and I paid with my card. However, when I went to pick up my items, the man informed me that the payment had not gone through. I went back to the counter where the manager explained that their system had crashed in the middle of my transaction. She said she voided my payment and asked me to pay again. Although I remained pleasant, I noticed that both transactions were processing in my account. I showed this to the cashier and the manager, but the manager insisted that she had voided the transaction. Feeling frustrated, I asked them to cancel my order. The black girl took the bag from me with an attitude. It turned out that the transaction had never been voided, and they had essentially taken my money without providing me with my order. The staff and customer service were terrible. I definitely do not recommend this place."

"This is the worst Wawa I've ever visited. I frequent Wawa locations daily, and after waiting 10 minutes for an iced coffee, I asked an employee for assistance in getting it replaced. When I checked with another employee about when it would be ready, I was taken aback by their lack of helpfulness since I had already asked someone else. I will never return to this Wawa; the customer service is just terrible. I made a special trip of 10 minutes just to go there."
