"I went to Hardee's before for work,there was one guy working the counter and the drive thru he said he would be with me 10 minutes after I got there,he apologized after 20 minutes, I am trying to be patient trying to learn to be friendly, anotheremployee came in I heard him say she was late,I didn't see her wash her hands,now I starting to warm up, but didn't she tookmy order I asked for a cup of ice she handed me a baby cup,I asked how much for a cup lol she said a dollar, I lost it and saidI have waited 30 minutes for service and you want to charge me a dollar for a cup ,she yelled I don't make the riles,she wasright and I don't have to take your rules give me my money back and keep the cup,I could see 50 a dollar no thank you Hardee's."

"I don't typically write reviews, but when my family and I are disappointed, I feel compelled to share my experience. I’m giving one star for the hot dog, which my brother said was the only truly tasty item on the menu and was cooked perfectly. However, the dining room floor was smelly and sticky, as if they had mopped it with trash bags on the ground. The doors were covered in grease, giving the impression that we were dining in a dumpster. On a positive note, the staff was polite."

"I was pleasantly surprised during my recent visit. I generally don't leave negative reviews (and usually refrain from leaving any if there's an issue with an order), but this time Hardee's truly deserves a positive note. The Mushroom Swiss Angus Burger, my favorite on the menu, was less salty than usual, especially regarding its signature mushroom sauce. It was absolutely fantastic! In fact, "fantastic" might not even capture how delicious that sauce was with its reduced saltiness. Dare I say it was fabulous?! The onion rings were perfect, the Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich was juicy as always, and the 10 Piece Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders Box was breaded to perfection. Great job, everyone! Please keep up the excellent work."

In my most recent order (today), the food was jammed into the bag, the fries—both regular and curly—were old and cold, the chicken tenders were tiny, no larger than my pinky finger, and the bag was soaked with grease. I can't help but think that it must be company policy to serve subpar food, as I have yet to have a positive experience here, even after giving it several months to improve.
