"Difficult to access the property. Must turn in from frontage road near interstate. No parking for visitors or just to check in. Must park in $18/day lot or $23/day valet. Booked 2 queen bed rm weeks in advance paid ahead of time. Checked in, after waiting in a line of 12 people. Desk of 2 people behind plexiglass offered brusk service. Arrived at rm to find 1 king bed. Called service desk told it was vendor's fault wrong rm, b/c they had requested king. Every confirmation emailed receipt we had from hotels.com clearly stated 2 queens. Hotel was overbooked could not accommodate change. Purchsed some grab go items from lobby that were terribly overpriced. No utensils available. Went to the bar to ask for eating utensils again met w/brusk service. The valets were kind helpful the room was very clean. Masks required when social distancing not possible, but no patrons following the rules. Shuttle to Amway was nice, but service ends around 9:30pm, so on your own for return trip. FYI: no phone service at Amway, so impossible to Lyft. About a mile walk in dark, through not best areas. Will try somewhere else next time; hopefully closer to venue w/better customer service."
