"I had a frustrating experience when I called the restaurant on June 5th. The young lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Instead of asking how she could help me, she simply asked what I wanted and then hung up while I was still trying to place my order. I'm tired of places blaming their service on the environment they operate in. Out of annoyance, I called back, but she dismissed me again, saying, "Well, you didn’t say anything else." The issue was that she couldn't hear me because she was being rude!"
