"I had a frustrating experience during my first visit to this restaurant. When I first called to check on my order while sitting in my car, I was told to verify my order and that someone would call me back, which never happened. After waiting for 10 minutes, I called again and was met with indifference. I decided to go inside, where the staff was engaged in conversation with someone behind the bar. I asked them to check on my order and let me know how much longer it would take, but I never received a reply. I inquired about my order four times, and eventually, we requested a refund and left. The lack of communication was disappointing, and I certainly won't be returning. This experience lasted over an hour and a half, and it did not leave a good impression on me. On a positive note, the owner reached out to me the next morning to apologize and mentioned they are working on solutions to prevent this from happening again. In contrast, I had a wonderful meal at Relish Bar recently, where we ordered takeout. Everything was perfect—hot, flavorful, and generous portion sizes!"
