"Service: 5/5 Snow Ice: 6/5 Drinks: 6/5 People: 7/5 I come here waaaayyy too often. My friends and I love coming here for the snow ice. Lychee and Thai Tea are my favorite flavors for snow ice. Topping wise, Eggpudding and Passion Fruit Tapioca is my go-to. The strawberries are always fresh when I get them. Thai Tea and the Jasmine Green Milk Tea are my go-to options here. Fun tip: you can add more flavors to the drink. The staff is fantastic! They were extremely friendly and very sociable. They remember me when I walk in the store. I always feel welcomed here. 10/5 would return daily. LOL. Keep up the great service and food!"

"I really like this place but it's literally AMAZING how they manage to get the order wrong every single time you order from them on ubereats. Edit: I don't know how to respond to an owner response, but we weren't missing a scoop from my bowl we were missing an entire Mango Pineapple Bowl. Last time we were missing a hot belgian waffle. It's very frustrating when you order for multiple people and then one person doesn't get food that person can't eat or we have to reorder and suffer from extra delivery fees. Like I said, I really enjoy this place I just wish for more consistency with the orders. I've changed my rating up to 4 stars."

"I go so often to HOA that by now I think I have tried the entire menu. My top 3 picks are Mofonguitos de Camarones, Tostones Locos and Yaroa de Platano. By far, their Morir Soñando with Chinola is one of best drinks you can ever have. Aside from their amazing selection of craving food, their customer service is what keeps me going back."
