"I've tried plenty of sandwiches over the years, but the one I just had from Jimmy's Famous Heros surpassed any sandwich I've ever had in NYC. Most sandwiches tend to be dry and too salty, making them more of a chore than a treat. Usually, I get one just to satisfy hunger, not for the enjoyment. However, this sandwich was perfectly moist and delicious. It had a wonderful homemade flavor, and the chicken cutlet was fresh—not dried out like many others. The sauces added both moisture and distinct flavors. The bread was fresh and paired perfectly with the filling. Honestly, it had everything I wanted in a sandwich. The women at the counter were incredibly friendly, which is rare in NYC—almost as rare as finding a sandwich that isn’t like eating dry bread with salty meat. With all the hype around restaurant ratings that often disappoint, this place is a genuine NYC treasure. Five stars!"
