"We have ordered from this location many times, either drive thru, Uber eats, pick up, etc. it 's close to our office and an easy choice for lunch. Today, my chicken tempura bowl had hard rice, which means it 's old rice. The chicken was really over cooked and the tempura batter was so tough. Aside from that, there is often something missing from the order, like the red ginger or a drink- I 've learned to double check the bags before leaving. And when I ask the employees for the missing item, it often takes time to get their attention and when I do, they seem really annoyed with me for asking them for anything. No one has ever been outright rude to me, but no one has ever been friendly, warm or provided good customer service either."
