"I came to this restaurant because of a recommendation by family members. It was on the way home, so I took a chance. Like most people today, when ordering takeout at a new place, the first thing you do is find the restaurant’s website to look for a menu. I found their site and ordered. I was not informed of the total cost. So, I assumed it was the price stated on the online menu. When I picked up my order, I was shocked to discover the total was around $24! Of course at that point, it feels like you have no choice. I questioned the worker about the price difference. She explained that they had changed their prices, but hadn’t done so on their website. She said, “I don’t know why they haven’t changed it.” Seems like it’s been an issue for a while. In my opinion, they should honor the price online. Especially when a guest brings up the price difference. You would earn more return customers if you did. To me, it almost seems like a trick. Like they are purposely leaving the old prices up, knowing most people will not say anything. That way they make even more money. While the food is good, it’s not worth the price and deception. I’ll just return to my usual restaurant who serves the same food (and specific meal I bought), but at half the price."
