"This restaurant offers an extensive menu, and everything I've tried has been quite delicious. They also boast a wide variety of drinks. Each time we order delivery, it has arrived quicker than the estimated time. They go the extra mile by placing drinks in a separate bag filled with ice to keep everything chilled. This has become my go-to Chinese restaurant. The shrimp fried rice, crab rangoon, and spicy broccoli beef are exceptional. You really won’t be disappointed. This place has been our favorite authentic Chinese restaurant for years."

"The jumbo chicken fried rice with gravy, egg rolls, and Mongolian beef at this restaurant is simply the best! I've been making the drive for years just to enjoy their delicious and generously portioned meals. I highly recommend it!"

"The food came fresh and delicious. I shared the Singapore noodles with my wife, excellent... Also the soup was excellent (wontone egg drops). We also had dinner rolls that I would not have expected much from a Chinese restaurant, but they were also very good and taught me that the restaurant probably used a special fire grill oven to heat a lot of their food. I noticed it in the noodles too. Don't quote me, but I feel like they add a light Smokey aroma to their food. Enjoy! Almond cookies came with the check, definitely worth the price. We had leftovers to go home with $20."

"We gave the Nepalese menu an attempt and loved it. We ordered the combination plate that let us try a few things. We ordered it mildly, but there is a way to make it more spicy. We also have the chicken dumplings that were delicious. The Samosas we had, in my opinion, were some of the best in the city. Try it. Your Chinese meu is also good and we have the sweet and sour chicken and pig with Beijing sauce for our children."

"I've noticed a change during my last few visits. The chicken and broccoli dish now has very little chicken, and it used to come with carrots and water chestnuts. Instead, they've substituted onions and cut back on the sauce, making the dish somewhat dry. I asked for extra chicken, but it costs $4.95, which is surprising since you can buy a whole chicken at Costco for the same price! Plus, I'm pretty sure the amount of extra chicken could have been negotiable. It’s a shame because the staff is great and the service is excellent, but the food has been lacking lately."

"The combination fried rice was delicious, and the orange chicken was also very tasty. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant."

"I ordered $66.00 worth of food that was completely inedible (I hope the trash gods are pleased). The egg foo young was drowned in a tasteless, watery gravy, and the beef fried rice was missing both beef and flavor. Of the four items I ordered, the sweet and sour chicken had some flavor, but the sauce had pooled at the bottom of the container. This was my first and last experience with this restaurant. Rating: -100."

"I really wanted to continue to have this be my neighborhood Chinese food spot, but the customer service is horrid. This last time ordering was the last straw. I ordered an X-large shrimp fried rice. I also asked for 6 plates and utensils. The lady said she couldn't give me so many plates for one order. I said it was an X-large. She said that even for X-large she couldn't, and that she could do 2 or 3 plates. Asked if I really think it could feed 6 people. I said it definitely has at least 6 servings, but I said to give me 3 then.I get home, and low and behold, there are only 2 plates, NO utensils, NO napkins, and NO sauces, and only 1 fortune cookie! It was the same thing the 3 previous times I ordered from here, but I still wanted to give them a chance. This is the cheapest Chinese place I have ever encountered.Every other place gives sauces without you having to ask, utensils, napkins, and at least 2/3 fortune cookies....even when I only order an X-large!!! You do have to ask for the plates separately, but I have yet to encounter a place that made a big deal about 6 plates.I'm officially sick of this place and their cheapness. Will have to make the extra travel time to #1 Chop Seuy on Irving Park and Keeler. They are not cheap with utensils, sauces, napkins, and are ok with you asking for plates...plus the customer service is way better."

"I used to frequent this restaurant twice a week when I worked nearby and absolutely loved it. Recently, I had a strong craving for their food and decided to make a special trip to visit. It appears that there are new owners now, as everything seems to have changed. The Crab Rangoon, a standard dish in Chinese cuisine, was overcooked and almost empty. It was so tough that it hurt my teeth. The HungSue Chicken would have been decent if the chicken wasn't extremely dry. I didn't even bother trying the egg roll, and they forgot to give me my Pot Stickers. I am very disappointed and will not be returning. It's a shame."

"This is easily one of the worst Chinese restaurants I've ever visited! I will not be returning. The fried rice was terrible and lacked flavor. Additionally, the prices are too high. Save your money and avoid this place!"

"Moy Yuen truly offers excellent food. If you enjoy authentic Chinese cuisine like I do, you won't be disappointed dining here. I had trouble finding a decent Chinese restaurant in this area, but Moy Yuen exceeded my expectations with its reasonable prices. We fed about eight people for under $50, and there were still leftovers. If you're a fan of beef or egg foo young, you won't be let down by this place. Make sure to order extra almond cookies at the end of your meal—they're a must-try! Overall, I would rate their food at over 4 stars."

"New Star was excellent! ???????? They have the best Egg Foo Young in the city! I hate to say it but this was the best service I've ever had at a Chinese restaurant! We ate for lunch and the prices were very reasonable! Lunch came with tea, egg dropsoup, a huge egg roll, pork fried rice and Shrimp and Chicken Egg Foo Young, all for 7.99! They have hibachi and a sushi countertoo but we've never had it. Also the bathroom was very clean and stylish, they even had a mouthwash dispenser! The food was sogood, the service was good and the bathroom was so clean. Can't wait to go back! ????????????????"
