"I've been here about 10 times and every time has been a pretty good experience. If you're looking for a more authentic taste coupled with a colorful atmosphere, this is your place if you are in Ballard area.Surely you could get the same authenticity with trucks or restaurants, but this place beats then for the vibe and location. Plus, the service is always great.Above all else, this place makes THE BEST HORCHATA LATTES, I dream about them all the time. In fact, I've never seen any other restaurant offering this delicious treat.In summary, if you're looking for a consistently good experience and delicious food without the pretentiousness- visit El Moose.My personal favorite is their Chilequiles for breakfast. Always with the green sauce."

"Food was great as usual. The service was horrific. The manager went out of her way to ignore us she looked directly at us a number of times while we were trying to flag our server and never came over. Our server was slow slow slow. I know service is a challenge everywhere right now, especially on a day like Father's Day, but it was the manager's attitude from the moment that we were being walked to our table and she cut me off and never acknowledged me and continued to just ignore us that drove me to write this review. It's not what I have come to expect from Manuel's and I hope sr management will see this and address."

"Very enjoyable dinner Our preferred table for our early dinner was in a section that was closed until 5.30 so we had drinks at the bar first although they were able to open the section very quickly for us. We enjoyed happy hour cocktails and nibbles at the bar with excellent service by Christy, then we went through for a leisurely dinner. Jackie our server was excellent very friendly, patient and thorough. A couple of items served weren’t piping hot and she happily returned them quickly for us. Delicious flavors all round."
