"The food is ok, but the staff and especially the owner Dave leave a bad taste in my mouth. I recently had a bad encounter after 3+ years of ordering lunch from this cafe and though I knew Dave. We have even provided free advertising at our clinic for him. When I called to complaint about Austin the young moody gentleman working for him,(who is always abrasive with customers), Dave immediately became defensive acting as if I would just waste my time calling to complain. Told me maybe we need to get down to the REAL issue. When I became upset he started yelling at me then hung up.He said he has never had one complaint about Austin. The funny thing is that a week prior Austin talked inappropriately about Dave, saying he was a F* who couldn 't even do his job. When I expressed this to Dave his response was that he has never heard him curse.. I am sure that getting complaints is never fun, I am a manager as well, but to act as if I would just call and make things up is out of line and no one should be treated this way. I am a customer. So Dave- The owner- does not believe in loyalty or treating his guests with respect at all. He has owned this cafe for a couple years now and since PR CES have gone up to a ridiculous amount as well as getting less food for your money."
