"The food was delicious as usual, but unfortunately, the service was lacking. We were seated in a booth, and our server was the bartender. He forgot my husband's drink until my husband reminded him, and he also never delivered the miso soup but instead brought an extra salad. When our sushi arrived, it took an additional 20 minutes for my son's ramen to come out. I understand that the kitchen was busy, but it would have been helpful for them to communicate this when they served the sushi."

"We were late for our reservation, but Chuck's kindly held the table for us. Tableside Caesar salad was amazing. Our mains were bit of a wait, but before we could complain, our server apologized and they appeared shortly after. Amazing food and portions were well suited. Our steaks were perfectly done! Due to the small delay in our mains, manager sent over a sinful skor Sundae that although we were much too full for, we devoured. Excellent service and kudos to management for staying on top of service."

"This was my first visit to Charlie's Too and it won't be my last! Although I was surprised at the surroundings inside, being so casual, but I loved it. The food was amazing, and our waitress, Brittany, was so pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. I started off with a cup of the lobster bisque which was creamy and full of flavor. And then I had a medium sized lobster roll. I was surprised at how much lobster was on it! And, it was just dressed in a very light dressing nothing else which is the way I like it. Definitely give this place a try"

"The service varies depending on who’s at the counter. Even when it’s not busy and I’m the only customer, it can take a while for someone to attend to me. I’ve also noticed that the woman who works there has a bit of an attitude and lacks basic customer service skills. She doesn't greet customers or say things like "thank you" or "have a nice day." While it doesn’t bother me too much, I do expect a simple acknowledgment when I say thank you or wish her a good afternoon. Overall, it's a great place for food, but the service could definitely improve."

The pizza was thin, crispy, and delicious, the jalapeno poppers were spicy and flavorful, the garlic bread with cheese was perfect, and the onion rings were crispy and tasty. "Ive been here over 6 times and I've never been disappointed! A friend of mine is like a lobster roll connoisseur and has tried almost all the lobster rolls in the Bay Area and she still comes back to this location. My mom is very selective on how her lobster is prepared and it was a high risk move to bring her here.... She went from questioning the concept of lobster bread rolls to raving about this place to our relatives in Taiwan, to her friends online, and to anyone whenever the topic of lobster rolls come up. Our order this time: Lobster Roll Dressed 5 5 this is like the happy medium between naked which is just butter on the side and seasonal throw on some avocado and bacon bits... I've gotten this and didn't feel like it was worth it Lobster Corn Chowder 5 5 our first time trying this and it tastes better than it sounds!! This chowder is very thick and generous with lobster pieces... I doubted it originally but I'm so glad we got it! Some other things I enjoy here: Selection of raw oysters, clams, etc. They taste very refreshing really fresh since I've never gotten food poisoning Lobster Nachos Really large serving and loaded with all the good stuff! It's been awhile but I remember there was a very generous serving of toppings vs chips. Overall, I'll be back again I know my mom will continue to talk and miss this place now that she doesn't live in the Bay Area anymore."

"I'm in the city once a week and my fiance I like looking up the top rated pizzerias to try on the Barstool One Bite app. This was 1 of the few rated over 7.5 that we haven't been to, so we decided to give it a shot. And man, I'm glad we did! The girl working the counter was super nice, told us what some of the favorites are and helped us pick what to try. We got 1 reg, 1 vodka, 1 grandma, 1 margarita and 2 of the stuffed knots. And we were offered a side of sauce without having to ask (or pay extra). Everything was amazing! I'd recommend trying the Vodka but everything was good. 1 of the few places that somehow makes a plain old regular pie stand out. Will definitely be back"

"Big Star is one of my favorite pizzerias in New York. The prices are reasonable, and the owners are fantastic! I make sure to stop by whenever I’m in the area, and the quality is consistently excellent. While most of the business is takeout, they do have a few tables for dining in. It’s a true gem! Everyone I’ve ever brought here or had try their pizza has loved it. The crust has that perfect crispy yet chewy texture that I really enjoy in New York-style pizza. The sauce is delicious and mild, not sour at all."

"I've been coming to Lello's Pizza for years. The food is delicious, and the staff are friendly—it's a fantastic spot to dine in or have your order delivered. They make an amazing homemade Philly cheesesteak wrap that I love. I usually buy two so I can enjoy one for dinner the next day after work—they're that good! Their chicken parmesan sandwiches are also excellent. Most of their menu is delicious, and I always enjoy my meals whenever I visit."

"As for the food, it was just okay. I didn't try everything on the menu, just ordered a platter of sushi. It was a bit pricey—I understand it's Hawaiian pricing, but the portion size for the bowl I got was very small for the cost. Just look at the picture I included; that's the teriyaki chicken and kalbi bowl for $6. The portion size is more like something you'd feed a baby! Oh, and they ran out of kalbi (beef), so they just substituted the chicken."

"The food may not hold up well for takeout. The pizza was bland, and the lasagna was possibly the worst I’ve ever tasted. The inside had a mushy texture, was overloaded with cheese, and seemed completely unseasoned. The quality of the ingredients was also questionable. "It was my first time on Lincoln road. I was famished. It was hot AF and there was gourmet pizza EVERYWHERE. All I needed in my life was a greasy piece of regular pie. This fit the bill and then some. It was chill atmosphere, music was pumpin', and the restroom was secure! What more could you want except delish food. It was!
