"When we checked the bag, we noticed the wraps weren’t wrapped in foil like they usually are, and we were hesitant to eat them without gloves or proper packaging. So, we went back through the drive-thru to ask about it. The cashier seemed confused at first, but then she opened the bag and just tossed more napkins on top.
She then took the bag to show what appeared to be the cook and returned to inform us that they were out of foil. If that’s the case, why not at least wrap it in a burger wrap or something similar? I honestly don’t understand. To top it off, the food was ice cold. I know they were busy, and I understand the pressures of a hectic night, but this level of carelessness was disappointing."
