"I ordered delivery from this restaurant and ended up waiting nearly 2 hours for my hot dog, fries, sandwich with mashed potatoes, and empanadas. Unfortunately, the hot dog arrived cold, the fries were soggy, and the roast beef sandwich was severely overcooked. The mashed potatoes were clearly boxed and fake, while the empanadas were minuscule and cold. To top it off, they initially tried to charge me $40 when the correct total was $27. When I called the manager, he acknowledged the mistake but made no effort to address the long wait time or the poor quality of the food. This lack of customer service is a surefire way to lose business. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a meal."
