"Although I am typically happy with the service at this Dunkin, I ordered a “small cold cup of milk” for my son. I was not given a receipt, but when they gave me an espresso cup, I asked for a small cup, thinking they charged me for it. I was told they didn’t charge me for it, so they couldn’t give it to me. I then paid for it so he could get it. I was a bit upset that I had to swipe my card three times for these small charges (they also forgot to charge me for an orange juice, which I pointed out) because things like that just give me anxiety, and I probably wasn’t as gracious as I normally am. However, one of the employees announced who I was to the entire store after I left, which prompted a strange man to message me on Facebook.I can deal with mistakes, even if they upset me, but talking about a customer after they leave the store is extremely inappropriate and I will be contacting Dunkin’s corporate office."
