"Having recently relocated from Manhattan to Hingham, I consider myself somewhat of an authority on Chinese cuisine. Fusion Kitchen truly stands out among the rest. We began our meal with their incredible soup, accompanied by an egg roll, shrimp with lobster, chicken with vegetables, pork dumplings, and even dessert cakes. Whether dining in or getting delivery, it’s definitely worth a visit. After trying several other local restaurants, I can confidently say they were all quite disappointing. Hooray for fusion cuisine!"

"So far I’ve only ever order takeout, but the food is incredible. I’ve been on the hunt for good Chinese food for many years now, and Shanghai moon is hands down my favorite place to order Chinese food from! My favorite thing on the menu would have to be the steamed wontons with peanut sesame sauce. If I could order this sauce by the gallon I would. It’s so delicious. 2 things I typically judge Chinese food restaurants on are the egg rolls and the roast pork lo mein, and Shanghai moon has hit the mark on both of those!! The sushi here is also amazing. I continue to order again and again. Someday soon I’ll need to go inside and enjoy it as a proper restaurant, but for now, the takeout is everything I’m looking for!"

"Got General Tsao chicken, it was pretty good but no one can make General Tsao chicken like Peking Tokyo which went out of business a long time ago. They set the bar quite high Ive never had anything like it since. The place is small no dininginside. The people were super sweet wait time was reasonable. Portions were more than enough. I'd recommend if you have ahankering for some chinese but I dunno if I would get General Tsao chicken again. If you enjoyed this review or found ithelpful, PLEASE, give it a LIKE ????!"

"Worst service ever. No one acknowledged us after we were seated to give us water or take our order. After 10-15min we finally had to ask the hostess for help. Another waiter said he would be right over to help. He took our order. Someone else delivered our food, which we assume was our waiter, but no clue because he never checked on us during the meal, nor was available to pay our bill. We had to go again to the hostess to ask to pay our bill."

"The hostess who seated our quests was rudy and not helpful. I had requested a corner round booth weeks ago when I made my reservation. The other couple arrived to the restaurant before we did and asked to be seated. She took them to another table and when our friends questioned her as they were seated at a booth next to the requested corner booth, which was available, she merely stated this was where she was seating us. About minutes later she seated a family of four with small children and no reservation at the corner booth. We asked to see the Manager who listened but could do nothing nor did he offer something in return. We will not be going back to this restaurant."

"We made a reservation for 7:30 PM on New Year’s Eve several days in advance, but when we arrived, the restaurant was completely packed. To our surprise, we were informed that we would have to wait at least an hour to be seated. What is the point of making reservations if they aren’t honored? There was no apology or attempt to remedy the situation, so we ultimately decided to leave, as we were not willing to wait more than an hour. This was incredibly frustrating for our family on such a busy night. If a restaurant accepts reservations, they should ensure that those who have them are seated promptly. I was very disappointed with the lack of organization and customer service."

"There’s really no reason to make a reservation at PF Changs’s because they obviously over book their dining room on purpose. I’m disabled and was forced to sit outside on a backless bench because there were so many disgruntled diners filling up the waiting area inside the restaurant. When I made the “reservation”, I told them about my disabilities and the requirements for our table. I understand that my situation is unique and bothersome for restaurants, but they really made no attempt to accommodate my needs. We were shoe horned into a table in the middle of the dining room that was extremely difficult for me to navigate through with my cane. Fortunately, my fellow diners moved around to help me get by without bothering their dining experience too much. A bus person dropped a large tray of glassware right behind me, but I wasn’t hit by any of the broken items or their contents. The food was fairly average, certainly not worth the parking fiasco and the unnecessary wait for our “reserved” table. There was a dining room manager who did her best to make sure that we weren’t affected by the broken glass or the danger of the wet floor while we were leaving. She even escorted us to the front door so that we could get out safely. I told my wife to take a good look around, because we won’t be there again. Also, after my wife paid for our drinks with her credit card while we waited for our table, she received 3 messages from the fraud department of her bank concerning 3 other charges that had just been made with her card. Obviously this establishment has some untrustworthy employees that are looking for the opportunity to steal customers information while they dine there. It makes you wonder about the hiring process and even the management itself."

"I recently stopped by for dim sum and will definitely be coming back for takeout for larger meals. My experiences here have been inconsistent, with some dishes being amazing and others just average. This unpredictability is a major concern, as there's no guarantee that every visit will be fantastic. The prices are on the high side, and have been increasing over the years, but they're not exorbitant. The food is more of a tasty treat rather than consistently attractive. Some standout dishes include the beef, which is always flavorful, and the honey walnut shrimp, although it can be hit or miss. The taro sago dessert is a delicious way to finish a meal. On my last visit, I accidentally ordered the shrimp-stuffed eggplant instead of tofu, but it turned out to be quite good. I highly recommend the steamed shrimp dumplings, shui mai, steamed bean curd rolls, steamed BBQ pork buns, steamed rice rolls, and crispy fried shrimp balls. For dessert, try some sweet egg tarts or custard rolls. Overall, the dim sum here is worth a try, but be prepared for some inconsistency in quality."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited an entire hour without receiving our appetizers or food, while other tables were being served. When our meal finally arrived, it was barely warm, and the appetizers showed up only after we had finished eating. The manager kept offering us free drinks and dessert instead of addressing the issue or providing a discount on our actual order. The server also couldn’t explain what went wrong. Overall, it was a terrible experience."
"The food portions are really small and expensive for what you get. So t order the beef and broccoli all you get is a bunch of broccoli and we could count the beef that was over cooked. We asked for a knife since our server was pretty busy and the hostess lady said ask your server. Then she went to stand at the desk with two others. Not good customer service. Don’t you think we would have asked our server if she wasn’t putting the food in containers for the other table."

"this place is below. I just picked up our lunch and ordered a little fried rice that was super simple. no taste at all, a dripping suppe also super simply no taste, and apart from the food, the business itself reeks of zigarettenrauch, which is not attractiw, want to eat here at all. in any case will not be back. re response: first off-what a great professional response from them. kudos. ummm ja her $11,99 pork fried rice was also subpar, very well made meat. super dry. Regardless of what a customer ordered from their place of business in which they decided to get into it does not mean that their $2 fried rice is accepted to be worse vs something over $10. their reviews speak for themselves. my fault that they do not review their reviews before the order. oopen"

"We went here for my nephews birthday. We used the app to make a reservation for 8. When we arrived at the allotted time, they did not look up a reservation, they just verified we had 8 and pushed some tables together when we arrived giving me the opinion the app was not needed. Then, the chairs we sat in had a bar in the seating portion that may at one time had padding but now protruded into the backsides of the attendees. The restaurant was not overly busy but it took a while for our food to arrive and it appeared others who arrived after us were eating first. When the food finally arrived, (at different times like it was delivered as soon as it was done) it was not “hot”. It seemed warm, but not fresh and hot like I have had at other Chang’s locations. All in all, nothing was “bad”, but it was a much lesser experience than I was expecting and have had at other locations."

"This is undoubtedly the best Chinese food around! I’ve tried many places in search of delicious Chinese cuisine, and this is by far my favorite. The service is excellent, and the food is always hot and plentiful, leaving me with plenty of leftovers. I always order from Hong Kong Express! Just be prepared to wait about 10-15 minutes after your scheduled pickup time. For vegetarians, the sesame tofu is fantastic!"

"Very fresh and tasty food. Very good portions for the . Loved the fresh, properly cooked vegetables not mushy, crisp yet tender I had Sesame Chicken and my wife had Orange Chicken. Our opinion is this is the best Chinese food in the area, Nice atmosphere too. Our waitress was helpful and friendly. All around a very good dining experience that didn't break the bank. Under with tax tip and adult beverage"

"This experience was not the best. It started with an 8pm reservation, we were not sat until nearly 830pm. Server came over right away and we ordered everything at that time. We finally got the edamame app just after 9pm and it was still frozen, entrees rolled in around 930ish and were somehow bland especially the fried rice. I wouldnt come back here again ever."

"Haven’t been to PF Changs in years. Decided to go. Made reservations for 6:30. Wasn’t seated until 6:50 (there was seriously 15 tables occupied) hostess said they had a scheduling issue. Finally our server comes over- he was as personable as a wet bag and his speed was Slow. Food was good-probably not as good as in the past but it was good. Kitchen was pretty timely given it wasn’t that busy. Unsure if we will return"

"Just when I think this experience at PF Chang’s would be different than the prior visits, they continue to disappoint. Seated on time. Server was lost from the beginning. Apology after apology about slowness of the kitchen, which is another issue, and how busy our server was. We sat and watched all of the other servers, and their attentiveness to their tables. Our server was clueless throughout. Kitchen was ridiculously slow. I understand that we are living in different times, but this PF Chang’s location simply continues to be poorly managed. I understand that the volume of takeout and delivery orders is presumably up versus the past, but the kitchen does a very poor job of managing takeoutdelivery and inperson dining. Service continues to underwhelm. Do better"

"I have always enjoyed dining at this restaurant. In the past, it was a challenge to secure a reservation on weekends due to its popularity. Recently, we were fortunate to dine there at 6pm on a Saturday. However, the food quality was disappointing. The crispy green beans were poorly battered and drenched in oil. The Miso Salmon was overcooked and dry, while the Orange Chicken was tough and dry. The Eggplant dish we ordered was returned as it was rubbery and difficult to cut. The service was satisfactory, but overall, the experience was underwhelming."

"We’d been a little turned off on our last few visits to PF Chang’s well over a year ago but decided to go again to the Mesa location for happy hour last week. Waited forever for additional round of cocktails with an apology from the server and didn’t even get the slightest buzz whatsoever after three cocktails. First time that ever happened after three drinks. The appetizers ordered were meh at best. My hubby liked his chicken pad Thai, however. Family in booth next to us were overheard complaining and left abruptly. Our decision? We’re done here."
