"This place has very mediocre food and they are probably the slowest with deliveries that I have ever dealt with. I once ordered online and needed to call to make a slight change and I literally had to call 40 times in a row back to back to speak with someone, no exaggeration. They have good intentions but need A LOT of help it seems like the owner has too much on his plate. Don’t order here unless you want to wait an hour and a half for your food that is a hit or miss."

"My orders here are more than correct. Today I asked for an American sub. I told him what I wanted. All right. He asked if I wanted it roasted. No, thanks. I get the order and it looked tortured. I called her up and was told that I knew you didn't want it roasted, I just heated it up, I didn't get it! It's not even a cold sub. It is even under the cold part of the menu. My last order was a meatball, but no cheese, please. The sub arrived without cheese. But why did they put banana peppers on it? I called her and didn't get an apology. He just said they told him to wear it. He's just the cook. Only 2 examples of a story of false orders. The food is good... as long as they do it right."

"The location was a bit tricky to get to, and parking was a challenge. I ordered the chicken Caesar salad, which was enormous, with generous chunks of chicken. The pizza also had solid-sized slices. While the prices were a bit on the higher side, it seemed reasonable given the portion sizes. Meals typically range from $12 to $15 per person. The dining room is very casual and seems to cater more to takeout and delivery."

"Inconsistent with food. First time we tried them 2 weeks ago it was good. The meatball parm sub was perfect and correct portions of meatballs for 14 sub. Pizza was good.Last night ordered the same meatball parm sub and it was sub-par at best. No taste, very little amount of meatballs in sandwich, barely any cheese mostly eating bread. Pepperoni Pizza would have tasted better with more Pepperoni. Ordered muscles marinara, medium spice, lack of flavor and used Prince Edward green muscles that I believe were previously frozen. Tasted like rubber and hard to chew, over cooked. Black fresh small tender muscles are always used whenever ordered from other establishments. Sorry for the bad review, however I hope this improves."

"Why 1 star? I have been a loyal customer Lisa's Pizza since this place opened. I supported them through the pandemic, and generally order 1 2 times a month. The last 2 orders have been bullshit. The first one took 2 hours to arrive. I did my diligence and called during that time a couple of times each time being told it already went out, and they are delivering right now. The 3rd call they said oh so sorry they THOUGHT they had sent it out. No reduction in price. I just tried them again, and the guy doesn't knock, just leaves my food outside not even bringing it in the front hall and send a text. By not bringing it into he hall like every other fucking time they deliver I get to pay a premium for cold food. I try to call to tell them, hung up 3 times and put on hold for five minutes and then hung up on. If you want hot food delivered in a reasonable amount of time I would not waste my time with them. it takes what is supposed to be an easy task and turns it irritating. I spoke to the owner who says he is going to make it right and then the delivery driver starts harassing me."

"We moved to the east valley a little over a year ago and I am super disappointed that we didn?t try Streets of NY sooner! We had a pepperoni pizza, salad and cheesecake...it was all amazing ???? the only thing better than the food was the ice cold beer andour awesome server, Janell (apologies if I misspelled your name) The host (might have been manager or owner) was very welcoming and always smiling. I've been in the restaurant business my whole adult life and those 2 know what its all about. It's wonderfulto go into a restaurant where the staff is pleasant and appreciates you walking through the doors. Keep up the good work guys!"

The owner is hands-on, actively cooking and serving customers every day. However, the real treasure of Primo Pizza is the staff at the registers. They handle phone calls, walk-in customers, and numerous take-out orders with enthusiasm. At the top of this list is Kirsten. Since I started coming here, she's always been friendly, accommodating, and knows exactly what I like to order—even when I'm uncertain about what I want. I applaud the team for maintaining such a positive attitude and outstanding service, especially during these challenging times for restaurants. I highly recommend Primo Pizza in Bellingham for its fantastic food and service. You won't be disappointed!"

"This is literally my favorite pizza and sub shop! Their prices are unbelievable. Honestly, I would be satisfied with just decent food for what they charge, but their food is truly amazing. I absolutely love their 2-foot-long steak bomb—it’s my favorite! The sub rolls they use have that almost sourdough texture, and I rate them a perfect 10/10. I can’t find any other pizza places that use rolls like those anymore. They’re always quick to prepare the food, too. You should definitely give them a try! Their pizza is fantastic, and the chicken broccoli ziti is also excellent. I just spent $80 on two large pizzas, a 2-foot sub, and a catering size of chicken broccoli and ziti, and it was worth every penny!"

The delivery guy came quick and was so kind with great manners. He called to let me know that he arrived instead of leaving it outside. When giving him the tip he was so happy and appreciative because people in that area don’t tip at all.This should be common knowledge, but if you’re gonna order delivery please tip your drivers!I ate my food an hour later and it was still pretty hot. I would definitely order from here again.It’s hard to find parking so it might be easier to get it delivered."

"I ordered a steak tip salad, and for just $12 or $13, they give you a generous portion of steak tips! Every time we order pizza from this place, it’s always delicious and cooked to perfection. This restaurant consistently delivers great quality pizza. A while ago, we mistakenly ordered a pepper and onion pizza, but the person on the phone heard pineapple instead. When we called back to clarify, they quickly delivered a new pizza in just a few minutes. Their customer service is excellent, and the delivery drivers are friendly."

"I placed an order requested contactless delivery. The instructions I left were ring bell walk down the stairs and leave at door with glass window. The point of this is to use the door as a barrier between me and the delivery driver. The delivery driver who disregarded everything written and started to approach the door. I let the unmasked ungloved (even though it 's the law!!!!! Know to leave it at the door. With a smirk he replies oh leave it here and drops my food on the floor. I typically wait for the driver to leave before retrieving my food but with the attitude of this driver I rushed through the door to get my food. No sooner do I open the door does the disgusting germ ridden delivery driver starts open air hack coughing. Like seriously? If this is the attitude you 're business is going to take during covid19 just close down. We called to explain to someone the experience we just had with the delivery. Of course we were treated as if we we 're the problem. Completely dismissed and we 're told Oh and about the cough he 's a smoker you do understand smokers cough right? So you 're breaking the law and now you speak to the customer as if we 're stupid. Like you have an issue with reading and comprehension yet I 'm talked to like I 'm stupid. I spend my money I expect respect instead you get mediocre food poor customer service and talked to like you 're an idiot. I read a review from 2 months ago mentioning they weren 't wearing masks. That customer was told they will resolve the issue. 2 months and still no masks. This place is going to be the cause of a covid19 outbreaks in canton if they don 't do better and resolve this. Absolutely disgusting?"
