"The vegetable stew soup was the best soup I ever had. I was told that I'm an excellent cook, everyone who came to dinner always ran over the meal I prepared. I love half-baked beef and half pastrami on rye. I arrived at 19:15 and didn't know the Deli was closed in 45 minutes. The waitress was so friendly, she wrapped my sandwich and potato salad. I enjoyed her so much at home. I'll tell everyone I know I had a wonderful meal with Jerry and Harvey's Deli in Marlboro, NzJ."

"Tried this place for the first time yesterday. Ordered a Large (14 ' ' pepperoni pizza. Price was pretty fair but I have gotten an XL (16 ' ' for the same price elsewhere. How much difference can 2 inches make on a pizza though?Taste wise, it was average. My main problem was that there was hardly any pepperoni on it compared to other pizza and sub joints in the area.One of those slices only has one pepperoni on it lolThere was also too much cheese on it for my liken. The kind where you take a bite and it all comes off hanging out of your mouth only to have a thin slice of dough with sauce remnants left in your hand.I 'm fair and understanding, so I will eventually give them another chance but most likely not for a long time. Maybe try picking up some pizzas from some other places and work out some of the kinks..."

"We were always curious about this place since we drove by it constantly when we were in downtown Vancouver and decided on a Friday night to try it...never really been in town at this time of night and it was a hoping area. It was a seat yourself situation which is totally fine. We picked the only available free table that happened to be a double and they split it since we had 3 in our party. We got the cheesy bread as the appetizer it was spot on with the spices, cheese and crunch/softness. I loved the marina sauce for dipping (we took home the last piece and they provided fresh marina sauce which was unexpected since we still had plenty). I selected the lasagna (meat) version, my 17 yr old daughter chose the Alfredo with Chicken a side Caesar salad. My husband chose the calzone with black olive, Italian Sausage mushrooms. The lasagna had a lot of “cheese” and although I chose the “‘meat” version it was lacking in the amount of meat noodles that I would expect. It was also very watery. I had some of the Alfredo I loved the penne noodles the chicken had a great flavor...I’m not a fan of Alfredo in general since I prefer red ah s but this was good. The side Cesar salad was great and I would highly recommend it. The calzone was okay the bread was great the grounded Italian Sausage was a little underwhelming but overall it wasn’t bad. For dessert (although we didn’t really have room) tried the 3 mini cannolis...presentation was great but the overall taste was slightly disappointing. I haven’t had much experience with cannolis but the shell was super hard and had no softness or give which was what I was expecting but could be wrong. The filling was great though and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall it was a great place and if you are downtown, I would recommend stopping in if you are craving Italian."

"I've been here for years. I went with friends for lunch and dinner the other day. Both meals were really good. I was surprised how good they were. Because of Kovid 19, the salad bar is minimal. It only has what looks like iceberg salad and several salads, so I gave it. The Brookside Omelett (I think that was the name) was really good. The 3 Omelet was covered in a crab mixture like a crab cake and it was amazing. It is all covered with Hollandaise sauce that is always good and they serve it with HASH BROWNS!!! Hard to find Hash Browns in our area. And they made her crispy as I love her. For dinner I shared a chicken salad wrap and sweet potatoes and they were both amazing. I'm very picky on my chicken salad and it was one of the best I had. I wish I could order the chicken salad at the Lb. I come back more often. Great service. Probably helps that the group with which I was go so much there that they know all servers by name. 2022 I heard my husband come every time. Great service and good food. The salad bar is full again. The creamy tomato soup is so good. Loves the broccoli salad and cottage cheese on the salad bar. No more breakfast items all day. Chicken Salat Club was good. Your sweet potato fries are so good. Mother's Day 2022 Chicken Brookside is really good along with Smoked Cheddar Potato soup on the salad bar. Children loved the New York strip of steak, crabcake, corn and pineapple stuff. Grandkids loved Cheeseburger and Pommes. The salad bar is still a fav of me. Most people go with half their meal. Servers are always so nice and do a great job. We were grateful to get reservations on such a busy day and fortunately they contained us with 3 small in one booth. Great work!!!"

"The description said that the pesto was creamy. It’s not have any cream and the flavor was not good. No salt and did not taste like basil. We also ordered mixed vegetables, somewhere hard and some were soft. The chicken Parm was OK. I was very disappointed about the pasta and vegetables because that is what my children eat. The delivery was fast and on time. UPDATE: The manager called me and offered to make it right, they sent me my whole order and made corrections. I am very pleased! Thank you and I will definitely give you a restaurant another chance."
