"the waiter was humorous and funny, he was charming, but everything else fell flat. the food was mediocre and in any case on the award-winning end, in consideration of its seat in local Chinese quarters. 3 people on our table had pasta, but it was bland and tasteless. the other 4 had a mixture of steaks and rice and nothing was out. the waiting time for the food to come was almost 45 minutes to an hour too. can't say that I was satisfied with the dinner."
