"I visit this Togo's three times a month, but I've noticed the soda machine hasn't been working properly for quite a while. Recently, I stopped getting sodas and just stuck to sandwiches. Today, I decided to give the soda machine another shot. When I tried to fill my cup with Diet Coke, it had no carbonation. I asked the woman who seems to be the owner or manager for assistance. She went to the back and said she had changed the tank. However, when I tried again, it was still flat. She insisted it was fine, but I explained that I drink a lot of soda and could tell there was no carbonation. I asked if she could refund me for the soda and I would try again another time. She agreed and I followed her to the cash register, but then she mentioned that the soda was "free" with the Friday tuna special. I quietly said, "We both know nothing is truly free, and it seems you're not willing to refund me because technically I didn't pay for it. This doesn’t feel right, but I'm not going to argue over two dollars. I guess I'll just drive a bit further to the other Togo's in Milpitas or the one on Capital.""
