"It's a common occurrence at many restaurants. You sit down at your local diner and see a group of 10 kids come in, order only 2 orders of fries to share, and then leave without leaving a tip for the server. Parents should do a better job teaching their children about the importance of tipping and treating others with respect. It's not right to treat servers like they don't matter. Remember the saying, "don't poo where you eat" - be kind and show respect to everyone, including your server."

"I typically don't write reviews, but my experience here was terrible! The food was not only bad but also overpriced. The rice was plain, lacking any vegetables or meat. I ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice, egg drop soup, and an egg roll. The soup tasted like it was made with well water, and the rice seemed old and poorly cooked. My bill came to $18.95, which I felt was a waste because I could only eat a few pieces of chicken."

"Service was terrible, server didn’t know anything about the food. She was nice enough, but far from knowledgeable. Another employee kept wanting to clear our plates, so we finally handed them to her with mouths full of food and forks in our hands. That was a bit annoying. Wine list is way overrated and WAY overpriced. It definitely seems like a “wannabe” restaurant. Everything is totally overrated. Food was actually good, but that was the only positive about our experience. Server said they didn’t have potatoes, but somehow my scallops came out with potatoes on the plate. Confused me even more. Glad I didn’t pay the for the venison that I really wanted to try. I would have ordered it if our server knew how it was prepared and what it came with. Everything about this place other than how the food tasted, was annoying and a complete letdown"

"My wife and I treated our niece to a birthday dinner. We sat in the outdoor area out front, and had a very nice experience. Service was great (as always). Food was excellent (as always). When I let the waiter know it was our niece's birthday, he arranged for a cannoli and a birthday candle for her (on top of the tire misu which is her favorite dessert). We really like to bring friends and guests to Fresco Grill with us."

"I drove to my favorite lunch spot when I decided to give this place a tryout, at the beginning I was dissatisfied by the greeting staff who took me to my table, as not even say hello to me, anyway, after I was assigned to judith everything was much better, great customer service, very professional and she was on everything, I was served french toast and a delicious hamburg. the price is kind of high, but it was worth it, they also sell jam on their deli department by the pfund. very nice place to taste a good sandwich a delicious omelet with a good atmosphere and service."

"Updated review 12/11/23 I was so excited to see this restaurant on Groupon, I wanted to give them another try because the food was absolutely delish the first time around. Arrived on a Wednesday around 630pm, they had quite the crowd, didn’t wait long maybe 5 mins to get seated. I read on their menu the turkey burger was bussin and my friend had the fish and chips last time, so I already knew ahead of time what we would be ordering. The service was a bit slow, kinda friendly (so so) Both the meals came out at the same time and I was so disappointed that the fries were ice cold, I sent them back right away and she didn’t make new ones instead they just dipped them back in the fryer to get them warm. The fries were terrible, fish and chips over breaded and fried too long it was dark (I always take pictures and because we were in the moment, I didn’t get any) Nonetheless, the burger was ok, the Texas chili was good but overall, I am a bit disappointed in this place….. 05/24/23 Black Horse Tavern and Grill is definitely where the locals dine! If you are in the area, check them out! Its in an unlikely location but IKYK. They offer daily specials and happy hour! Got the Prime rib sando with fries, HH Caesar salad, HH Buffalo Cauliflower, HH Potato Skins and Fish and Chips! Everything came out hot and delish except the au jus that came with the prime rib was a bit too salty, way too much base but overall, the food and customer service was great! I would definitely recommend coming here!"

"Oh my. Frank's Trattoria is a wonderful hidden gem located in the Richlandtown/Quakertown area off of 309. How delicious! The restaurant was nicely decorated, super clean, byob and our server Liz was beyond sweet. Now as for the food... it ranks as one of my best privately owned Italian venues and I visit many. The seafood and pasta dish was outstanding along with freshly made garlic knots, beautifully plated salad, and a complimentary glass of wine. All under $20. They also serve pizza, steak sandwiches, etc. Abd deliver. I shall return!"

"After customers who arrived after us were served and left, an employee informed us that our order had not been placed by our waitress. The waitress then claimed that the kitchen was backed up, which was untrue as we saw other tables being served. The owner avoided us and did not address the issue, only offering a $3.00 discount for their mistake. This is the second and final negative experience I have had at this restaurant. I try to support local businesses, but waiting over an hour and being lied to is not acceptable. I will be taking my business elsewhere."

"Horrible and Disappointing ..literally called at 8am when they opened they told me at 830am the food was being packed. 9am pulled around nearly impossible to get through to anyone. There must only be 1 phone line. 930am I finally get through and now the person puts me on hold to find out about my order and clearly forgets im on the phone. I was on hold for over 10 minutes listening to them work in the background. 10am still no food or phone call. Needless to say we won't be ordering from them ever again. This review covers two separate dining experiences.A few weeks ago, I ordered online at 7:30, paid, got email saying 45 minute delivery window.Gave them an extra ½ hour before calling only to discover that they had not checked their online orders. "We went for the BBQ porch side picnic. Planned ahead and easily bought tickets online and pre-tipped. Very easy and recommended. The atmosphere was one of a family gathering. Children were laughing and playing in the yard and on the swing set. We were greeted immediately upon entering the establishment. From that moment on, the service continued to be great. The decor was that of a tasteful ranch with red checkered napkins. The buffet line was long, but moved quickly. I was pleasantly surprised at the options of potato salad, slaw, salad, baked beans, green beans, pulled pork and brisket! There was another serving dish which was empty and not refilled so not sure what it was. There was an abundance of good and they were continuously refilling the chaffing dishes. Everyone in our group was impressed with the quality and taste of the food. My husband thought the slaw was delicious and I favored the brisket. For dessert, there were brownies and cookies. Lemonade and ice tea were freely available and a bar was open for al a cart libations.A singer was on the porch strumming her guitar and singing gracefully. There were no children with our group, but it was obviously kid friendly.I would definitely go again!"

"We thought this was a unique place to meet friends, but turns out it 's one of several locations, mostly in Arizona and Texas and a few opening in the East and South too. The menu is slightly Italian (mostly the meats and cheeses available) but more so elevated American. Overall the food was good and prices were fair but the food quality was just average, with a wedge salad that was just torn iceberg salad (I guess that 's why they dropped out of culinary school, hehe) and a homemade lasagna that was the wrong texture (very firm) and aren 't all restaurant lasagnas homemade, so why put it in the title? We 'll give the server props though because every time we asked about a dish or said what we were going to order, she recited back what the dish was composed of, as if to confirm we were making the right selection. She also pushed dessert very early, like 50% into our entrees, and she won because we took the bait, but unfortunately they were oversold and again the flavors and textures were just a little off. The service was good but we 'd say a little overly attentive and of the type to butt in. The space was pretty cool/open/high ceilings, big space not on top of other people, with an open kitchen in the back. The music was a little too loud for the space for us to hear each other easily but it wasn 't impossible. Overall it was a good experience, we just wished the food were a little higher quality."

"The parking was terrible, and the interior was dark and outdated. The menu pricing for steaks was market price, which I have only ever seen applied to fish at coastal restaurants. "I warned last february a surprise party for my father and, after I had never sung in tavern from the green, I was a bit nervous about the quality of eating. Now, let me just say that eating was phenomenal! I think I'm a bit a food critic, and I was thrilled with not only eating, but the entire service. I woke up, on the day after the party, disturbing to finish the rest that were packed for us! Even now, as I write this review, I greet. Beyond that, I was not the only one who saved the food. all guests were very impressed by the delicious food and I give john, his staff and the cook, 5 bright stars. Thank you. john for everything! I will be back for another event as soon as I have another plan!"
