"Terrible experience. I arrived to pick up my food right on time, but I was informed it would take another 3-5 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes, I was told it still wasn't ready. Another 20 minutes passed, and I was told they didn't know why it was taking so long. In total, I waited 28 minutes past the promised time for my order."
