"The service at this restaurant is poor. I placed an online order that was never delivered. When I called to inquire about my order, the manager said they couldn't refund me and I would have to pay for the food to be remade. If the restaurant cannot guarantee that orders will be delivered, then it is pointless and unfair to expect customers to pay for new food. It is evident that customers are not a priority at this restaurant."
