"1) They forgot to put cheese on my cheeseburger and added toppings I specifically requested to have removed from both the fries and the burger.
2) When I was asked if I wanted to substitute my fries with mac and cheese, I agreed. However, I was charged four dollars for the mac and cheese even though it was supposed to be a replacement.
3) The quality of the quesadilla was similar to what you'd find at Taco Bell, and I was charged eleven dollars for it.
4) I was prompted to leave a tip on a pickup order, and despite calling ahead to confirm my order was ready, I ended up waiting, which made me late for my next commitment.
5) For a burger meal without a drink and a chicken and cheese quesadilla, I ended up spending over $40.
The business practices are concerning, and their menu prices seem misleading, resulting in my order costing me double what it should have. I recently moved here for my job, and now my food is getting cold in my car while I'm late for an appointment. This experience has given me more reasons not to return than to try this place again."
