"As for the baked penne, I specifically chose it because of the mixed reviews, thinking, how bad can a dish of pasta with mozzarella and ricotta be? To my surprise, it was not really a baked pasta dish at all. Instead, it was just a pile of penne mixed with sauce and topped with mozzarella, which was then maybe popped in the oven for a few minutes to melt the cheese. I didn’t taste any ricotta cheese whatsoever. Honestly, come on guys, you can do better with just a little more effort."
