"that was by far the worst experience in a restaurant I had ever had in my 35 years. I booked this place for a birthday dinner and had a reservation. the hostess station was the most friendly of the staff. we had not waited to sit, but we had to wait twenty minutes to be asked what we wanted to drink and then five more to get our drinks. After 45 minutes sitting there, we were finally brought the free bread. the bbq steak was the worst steak I've ever eaten, hard around the whole time. caesar salat had no dressing and came with literally came with two croutons. our waitress, alicia was never there and during the run of our meal, which lasted over an hour, we never received a refill on our drinks. at the end of the meal, after asking for the check, she then asked if we would like to talk to a manager because I had not touched my steak except a few bits. I literally had water while my friend didn't get soda. I wanted this to be an amazing experience, but I can assure you that we don't go back to this place and probably don't go to the pigeon Forge location."
