"I would be surprised to hear that this café is making a profit, considering it only operates for six hours each day. When I arrive at the METRO station right outside their storefront, they aren't open yet, and by the time I return from work, they’re already closed. That’s not even a full shift! Plus, they’re closed on Mondays? Are they intentionally missing out on the potential customers passing by? There are many people looking for a morning coffee on their way downtown and wanting to pick up dinner on their way back home.
To the owner, if you happen to be reading this: I wish you the best of luck with your business, but I think there’s room for improvement. Consider opening at 6:30 AM and standing by the morning bus stop to hand out 30 free coffee vouchers each morning for a week. If that doesn't spark interest after a month, try extending your hours and give out 150 meal vouchers. Find a way to attract commuters to your café. After all, you’re paying for prime real estate next to a freeway, a bus hub, and a nice apartment complex. Make the most of it!"
