"I dined at the Palm Court for the first time, and the experience exceeded my expectations thanks to the outstanding staff and the kitchen. Unfortunately, the only major disappointment was the valet service. I realize this may seem like a minor issue in the grand scheme of things, but for a $30 fee, the unprofessionalism I encountered was not acceptable, especially considering we dined there on 01/27/23. After enjoying a fantastic meal, I was handed my car keys and informed that my car was parked a block away. It seemed the valet was too lazy to bring my car up. Given the price for valet parking, I felt it wasn't worth the trouble. I wanted to share this experience as a reminder to friends: it’s better to find street parking than to rely on the valet service here. Note that the valet service is independent of the restaurant, unlike the attentive waitstaff at the Palm Court."
