We visited this (very casual) place with our 3 year old who was quietly playing with play dough and someone came over to tell us that the mangled, damaged table (made of pressed wood) had “sensitive” wood so he needed to put it away. "This restaurant was subpar in all areas. The food was cold. The music playing was just 70’s and 80’s music and got pretty boring fast. The decor featured vinyl records and LPs displayed all over the walls and also featured radios from various decades. The restaurant was way too dark and barely lit up. We waited a long time to be served and the waiter never refilled our water after taking the empty water jug away. To top off this mediocre experience, we were a party of 14 people and also the only customers in the restaurant nearly the entire time we were there for over an hour and a half and yet we waited an eternity to even get the check. The menu is pathetically basic with very little diversity. I order bulgogi and it was terribly cold and had no real enjoyable flavor. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and I will never return here again. There are many better restaurant options on this block. Go to any one of those other restaurants and not here!"

"WE have driven by the Buffalo Nickel many times and had it on our list. We are very happy we finally made it there. The dinner room on street level is nice a cozy with excellent staff (thanks Clu). We looked over the menu and liked the selection. For starters we got deviled eggs and their brussel sprouts. Wife is not a fan of brussel sprouts, but I had to make sure I got some after she had her first bite! Excellent start. The deviled eggs were good but definitely overshadowed. For a main dish, we ordered the pork chop and spaghetti carbonara. Both were plated nicely and tasted fantastic. The pork chop was perfectly cooked and complemented with an interesting sauce and a few small dollops mustard. The carbonara was an unexpected surprise. The perfectly cooked egg on top was the visual highlight, but it bought the dish together into a tasty meal. We definitely will be back to enjoy more of their selections as well as the bar upstairs."

"This is a great little place where you can enjoy some Spanish inspired food. While at first glance, the menu prices seem on the cheap side, this bar uses the small plate dining style for sharing or sampling. If you order three or more plates, it can startto get pricey if you are trying to get full. That being said, the food was quite good. The octopus, tomato/pepper soup, and thepaella are among the tastiest on the menu."

"I come from CT just to get the wings, usually go to the one right across from the empire state building. Unfortunately closed on Sunday so we went to Turntable LP and Karoke Bar. The fries were awesome, the wings a huge disappointment. The crispness was there but seemed to be missing the flavor. A huge disappointment and I have gone to the other Turntables over the last several years and it never disappoints. This one failed epically."

"I agree with the other reviews that this is a rude establishment. I was sitting at the bar having a glass of wine. The rabbi who apparently is part of the management came over and spoke very rudely to me regarding a takeout coffee cup I had sitting on the bar, Do you know this is a kosher restaurant? he said, We don 't allow outside drinks. I wasn 't drinking the coffee, the cup was empty, i had only just set it on the bar when I came in. He said (he didn 't ask) he would like to throw it away, and I agreed, but the manner in which he was speaking to me was strange and unnecessarily rude . The bartender and server had been very nice and the wine was good, but the brusque way the rabbi approached and spoke to me about this coffee cup I had on the bar was odd and turned me off from wanting to ever come back. It 's a shame because I had wanted to support this restaurant."
