"We absolutely adore Mimi's! However, since relocating from California, we haven't found a Mimi's Cafe anywhere near us. We're back home for Christmas, and today we treated ourselves to a meal at Mimi's. The menu is fantastic, the food is expertly prepared, the prices are reasonable, and they have unique dishes just like we remembered. Our server, Lucas, was exceptional—friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and fun. In some ways, I wish we still lived in the area so we could visit more often, just to chat with him. Lucas, thank you for taking such great care of us. Hopefully, we'll see you one day in Texas!"
