"I was excited to give this restaurant a try because it looked promising, but after being kept on hold for 15 minutes without being muted and overhearing the staff talking about how they only care about their regulars and walk-ins, I decided to not order. A woman was telling a coworker that they didn't prioritize pick-ups, DoorDash orders, or other services like that. If they don't want to accommodate those options, they shouldn't advertise curbside pickup. I was disappointed as I usually support small local businesses, but not this one."
