"I ordered a Flower Power acai bowl about 20 minutes before picking it up. When I arrived at the store, they informed me that they didn’t have my order. That’s understandable; mistakes happen. I ended up waiting another ten minutes for my bowl, but when it finally arrived, I was disappointed. The amount of fruit was scarce—much less than I had received when I ordered the same bowl last week, which was filled to the brim and very satisfying. Today, there was only about a third of that amount. Additionally, there was no granola in my bowl and no honey drizzled on top, which should have been included. The base also had chunks of frozen fruit, which wasn’t ideal. I usually enjoy coming here for a tasty yet healthy treat, but this experience didn’t feel like a treat at all since what I received didn’t match my order. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and kept me informed about my order status. EDIT FOR OWNER: This was at the Pierpont location."
