As I stood and waited for an additional 20 minutes, my frustration only grew, and my rating continued to decline. Your product is excellent, but there is a significant need for improvement in execution and staff training. One overwhelmed teenager was left to handle everything, while the cashier struggled to process a simple order. As someone who works in the food industry, I find this level of service unacceptable."
