"I ordered from this place via their website which is hosted by a company called Menufy on 10/18. My daughter and I had been out at a show and it was late so we ordered delivery. I waited on the porch for the order. When it hadn’t arrived well after the estimated delivery time I contacted the restaurant. They told me that my pizzas had been delivered and signed for. I told them that I was waiting on the porch and no one had arrived. Maybe someone had “signed” for my order but it certainly wasn’t anyone at my address as I had been waiting patiently on my porch. No cars even passed my house, which incidentally is less than a mile from the restaurant. The driver told them he delivered my order to a White House with black trim. I live in a 100+ year old unpainted brick house. They basically accused me of lying. They refused to resend my order, but stated that they would refund my money, but it would take 48 hours. No surprise, they did not refund my order. I will be disputing the charges to my credit card company, but I’m super bummed that they wouldn’t just make it right. My kid and I had been having a really good night where I took her to see a punk rock band she really likes. We were going to stay up late and watch Halloween movies and eat pizza, but we got no pizza and I still got charged a lot of money and a 25% tip to feed a random neighbor I guess. I’m sure this place does have folks that try and to get one over on them, but I paid like $40 to feed folks at some other house. They told me they would refund my money but they didn’t. I have to imagine this is part of their business practice. Promise a refund and hope the jilted customer forgets about it. Y’all be careful out there. I know it’s hard to find late night food options on the Southside, but this place is unreliable and they won’t make it right when they mess up."

"5 out of 5 slices We moved into the area a year ago and have been slowly trying all of the pizza places. Finally made it to Milano's and it is one of the best, if not the best, depending on category. I picked up a 4-cut plain Sicilian; large w/ pepperoni, green pepper, diced tomato; and a large buffalo chicken calzone. The Sicilian was way bigger than I thought a 4-cut pizza would be. It was like the size of a large pizza you would get somewhere else. The cheese and sauce are both top tier. What really sets this pizza apart is the crust. Their Sicilian has this delightfully spongy crust that is packed with flavor but still not too heavy. The sauce and cheese embeds itself into the upper layer; it's just a perfect marriage of ingredients. The large pizza was once again top tier cheese and sauce. The toppings were fresh and flavourful. But what really makes this pizza stand out is the crust; maybe the best crust I've ever had on a pizza!! It's crunchy, but light inside. Milano's absolutely has a secret ingredient or process for their crust. Despite the Sicilian and regular pizza crusts both being very different from one another, they are still my favorite parts of each pie. Let's not forget about the Buffalo Chicken Calzone. It was killer. It was twice the size I expected it to be. It comes with ranch, but I asked for some marinara on the side as well. Normally, I dip into the marinara, but this calzone was so flavourful that I didn't even need to. I've never experienced that before, even at places with really good buffalo chicken calzones. For that reason, I can say with certainty, this was the best buffalo chicken calzone I've ever had. Just want to finish up by saying the staff were very nice and the inside the shop was clean and well organized. This definitely will be one of our go to places for pizza! Parking: I'm not sure if you can make a left across Rt8 if you are headed southbound, so I played it safe and turned around at the next light. Smallish parking lot, but you should find a spot easily."

"I had a long day Tuesday working from home. Fall weather, dark, dreary and cold, had to get out for fresh air and had a hankering for pizza. Did a search on Google and wanted to bypass my usuall place for something new. Adrian?s came up as beingjust 10 minutes and they have the Mon/Tue special of a large one topping for $10 if you pick it up. I called in my order and wastreated like a friend. Was advised it would be 20 minutes. Got there and the pizza was ready and piping hot. In my mind Ithought for $10, maybe they skimp on the cheese and toppings. Got in the car and was plesantly surprised that the pizza lookedand smelled like their regular priced pizza. I had to have a slice while driving home. This place is really good and know how tomake a good pizza. The sauce has flavor and the cheese and topping ratio was on point. When I left thr place, they said howthey appreciated the business and to come back again. Let me just say I will definitly be back for pizza and not just onspecials days. The pizza taste, service and overall quality is awesome. I canno beleive I have lived in the neigjborhood for20+ years and am only now finding out that this place is a must go to for pizza. If you ate in the area in the North Hills, trythis place out. They passed my test on making a great pie with half sausage and half pepperoni with flying colors. Thanks guysfor cheering me up in a dull fall day after work ????"
