"The simple bagel and the entire bagel are listed as vegan and gluten-free. The simple bagel was sold out, and I don't like the onion taste in the whole bagel. I asked if there were other vegan bagels, and the person behind the counter said: Gluten-free? They did not seem to understand the difference between vegan and gluten-free. I was referred to someone else who assured me that none of the bagels have any eggs or milk in them, so I ordered a full-wheat bagel. I forgot to ask for honey. I should have just left. The place was dirty too. It was close to the closing time, but there was no single table that had a clean surface. I'm hanging pictures of the garbage. Is it just because I'm not from New York that I find that disturbing? Is that what New Yorkers find acceptable today? I really expected better: a clean place, more vegan options, and better informed staff."

"Severely overpriced, I wanted a simple bagel with salmon, it was $17 plus coffee is almost $4, I settled for a regular bagel with cream cheese and coffee and still paid $10, this is unheard of, I’m a New Yorker, a coffee and a bagel shouldn’t be over $5 together and maybe 2-3$ for fish, this place is a rip off, they also messed up my coffee, it’s not that hard to understand black coffee which they kept asking me about and still gave me milk. I’m upset, feel ripped off but I’m already out of time and have to get to work. Never coming back here again, for $20 you can have a feast for breakfast if you know your way around the city, I really wanted to give these guys a try but nope,"

"I'm so annoyed. A year ago I came here and ordered a chicken salad on everything, lettuce, tomato, onion. It was so delicious. Moist and flavorful chicken, crisp vegetables, a fresh, chewy bagel with plenty of seasoning.Well something's changed, and not for the better. I just ordered another chicken salad, lettuce, tomato, onion, on a whole wheat everything. The chicken salad is dry (you can even see the dried out parts on top that show that it's obviously been hanging out in a fridge case for too long. The bagel has barely any seasoning, and is also kind of dry and too chewy, like that's been sitting out too long too. The tomato is mushy, like it was accidentally frozen. And they forgot my onion! Considering that it's an extra $0.50 for EACH of lettuce and onion and $0.75 for the tomato what gives? (Was it always extra like that for each a la carte topping?? I'm feeling really nickel and dimed.)Walk a few more blocks south and get Brooklyn Bagel instead."

"Stay far away. I ordered online and added a tip. The restaurant called me and asked why I only tipped the amount I put. I have never in my life been asked that and the guy was so incredibly rude. This is in addition to the delivery fees and service fees. I told the guy to cancel my order. He then said no it’s not a problem and I again said cancel my order I do not want the food. Well the food never came but he also did not cancel the order so I was charged for food I never received. I will never order from here and will make sure friends are family don’t either. Way to lose a customer!"

"Signs inside restaurant say that egg wraps are served until 11:30AM, so I planned my day around stopping by here in time for that. I arrived at 11:10AM (20 mins before they are supposed to stop serving egg wraps) and the cashier informs me that they stop at 11AM. First of all, if that's the case: update your signage that's ALL over the store. Second of all: you should still honor it if it's only 10 mins past, plus it IS within the window of time that's written all over your signage. I was going to get several huge platters from here for a corporate event in the next few weeks but after this bad experience I won't be coming back."

"LENWICH catering is the least accommodating caterer I have ever dealt with. I am a conference service manager and deal with a lot of different caterers in midtown and every time I order catering from LENWICH I am disappointed. They don't accommodate to their customers at all. Something as simple as writing names on individual boxes for our large orders so nothing gets lost in the orders its too much for them to handle. I will continue to use other caterers like COSI who are great and defer my clients from using LENWICH."

"I've been to this Chipotle about a dozen times now. It's a fairly new location, maybe two years old at most. The exterior and interior are both beautiful and well-maintained. The staff have always been friendly and patient with me. I usually order a chicken or steak bowl, and sometimes chicken quesadillas. The food tastes great, just like at any other Chipotle. I have no complaints. Plus, there are plenty of parking spaces available since it's situated in a strip mall."

"NDB is a great place to get that bagel that you've been craving. Their bagel with cream cheese and lox is fairly reasonably priced and jam packed with flavor. and it comes with a pickle! Their wraps come with fries and are decently sized for a lunch meal. Fair prices and excellent customer service! Love going here with a friend or two for some late breakfast on a Sunday."

"This used to be my 5 star Gyro joint. Today, not so much. We waited 45 minutes to get our food a chicken shawarma plate and a gyro plate. Price was about $40. Pretty pricey for lunch for two. Two other parties that ordered after us were served first, not sure why. It was odd. One of them received baklava for having to wait. We were not offered any such concession. Food was still good but the kitchen was not on their game today. It 's almost like the place is struggling one of the light bulbs was out in the bathroom, the digital menu boards were not functioning, the physical menus don 't have current pricing, the QR code menu didn 't work... Another strange thing when asked here or to go? We said here, as did the two parties that were served before us but we all got our meals served in styrofoam boxes. But, the party that was already there eating had plates. I was kind of baffled on that one.I 'd possibly return but I 'll keep my eyes on the reviews to see if they return to their former service levels before I decide."

"Wow. Just finished having my two slices from here and couldn’t wait to review. Jimmy is such a sweet and caring guy, made me two fresh slices, his character is great, but his pizza is amazing. Perfect sauce, the cheese and crust is on par, a true American slice. Fresh and hot, always.Will be coming back here everytime I’m in New Brunswick. "this place is really proud of her business. I ordered the chicken kabobs both on a combo plate and in a pita, and it is made fresh every time on the grill. they put additional efforts to make the finished food presentation clean, beautiful and appetit. the pizza also became really good and seemingly very popular. slices are fast and they offer a selection of different aromes. the pizza is also unique with buffalo cheese instead of traditional cows milk cheese, which has always been perfectly digested, although I often made lactose problems with other pizzas with traditional cheese. this should be at the top of their list for fresh food on the flight."
