"I've been eager to visit this restaurant for some time, and I'm really glad I finally did—it was a wonderful opportunity to enjoy some genuinely authentic Chinese cuisine. They offer both the traditional Chinese-American menu and an Authentic-Chinese menu. Having dined in numerous Chinatowns across the U.S., as well as in Beijing and Shanghai, I can say that the food here is quite good, though it leans slightly towards the Americanized side, likely catering to the Nashville area's demographics. That said, it's definitely closer to authentic Chinese than to typical Americanized Chinese food, which I really appreciate! I will certainly return to explore more dishes from the Authentic-Chinese menu!"

"Finding the restaurant was a challenge; Google Maps only showed the plaza and not its exact location. There was no clear sign indicating "Mae Sone Noodle House," so I had to call to confirm. When I arrived, I found a simple white board that said "Noodle House" and a lot of plants at the entrance. The food itself was fantastic. I ordered the pho combination, but the only downside was that the beef slices didn’t taste particularly fresh, although the meatballs were acceptable. Service was unfortunately slow. The waitress only came to my table once, and it took an eternity for her to return to collect my credit card. I eventually had to go to the front desk to pay. This seems to be a common oversight among many Asian restaurants, which tend to prioritize food quality over service and the overall dining experience."
