"I experienced a lengthy wait for my drive-thru order at this restaurant. I requested an extra-long chili dog combo without cheese, onion, or mustard, just chili. Despite being there from 7:27pm to 7:46pm, nearly 20 minutes, my order was still not ready. They directed me to the unmanned second window to wait for my order, explaining that they were waiting on the fries. However, four customers who arrived after me were able to pay for their orders, receive their food, and drive away before I received mine. It was surprising to me that a fast food restaurant selling burgers, fries, and desserts could run out of fries during dinner time. Additionally, I was puzzled as to why it took them so long to cook a new batch. I suspect that my order was forgotten after being moved to the empty second window."
