"After that, we placed our meal orders and waited at least 40 minutes before we decided to ask a staff member at the front about our food, as our waitress hadn’t visited our table at all during that time. The person we spoke with informed us that the kitchen was overwhelmed since many orders came in at once. We then waited an additional 15 minutes before our meals were finally served.
Unfortunately, the dishes were either not very good or incorrect, which was especially disappointing for the birthday girl. After we finished eating, we waited another 20 minutes for our waitress to tell us that the cake we brought would be out soon. Overall, the entire experience was a letdown. I understand that restaurants can get busy, but there is no excuse for the complete lack of communication from the waitress and staff. This was my first and last visit to this restaurant."
