"We had an enjoyable family meal here. Food was good and atmosphere was fun. Definitely a kitschy Cajun chain restaurant. The theme is in your face pretty heavily the minute you walk through the door ???? but that's part of the fun. We ordered a cheeseand chicken fondue to start. Came with garlic bread to dip in it. It was really heavy but tasty. The jalapeno chicken was ok.Not as exciting as he'd hoped it would be but pretty good. Buttermilk chicken baskets were good. Came with corn, fries and hushpuppies. Chicken was tender and the breading was the real deal. Not overly greasy. Kids meal was VERY SPARSE! If you have a kidwith a healthy appetite I strongly recommend ordering from the adult menu. Raw Oysters were meh. Not the most awesome. Weregretted ordering them but we did finish them. Would have been nice if they'd provided hot sauce. We didn't ask so I guessthat's on us? Catfish basket was very nice. The batter was good and the fish was fresh and flaky. Cajun Tricky fish wasexcellent! Dirty rice was perfect, étouffé was on point and the blackened tilapia perfect. Service was good. We weren't everleft with empty glasses but the empty glasses did pile up on the table. Our dishes from our starters stayed with us the wholetime. One time a supervisor came by and did clear a few things. Manager also came by a couple times and seemed really nice. Wenever asked for those plates to be taken but it would have been nice if they were. Shouldn't have to ask in my opinion. Overallwe did have a good experience and enjoyed our meal."

"Razzoo?s is a cute Cajun chain restaurant. The food is always decent but not very extravagant. I love the chill bar feel. The drinks are always good, pretty strong, and big in size I got the Gator Punch). Today for food I got: A side salad $5 ? which I thought was a little much for just a side salad) and the Stuffed Shrimp it was like a crab cake on top of the shrimp so FREAKIN good). My total came to about $35. I feel like it all should?ve been) $20-30 based on portion size, quality, and the restaurant environment, BUT I can?t say anything was *bad. I?ll be back! It?s in a convenient location close to a lot of things and not far from my spot. Also, the do ?to go orders?. Like I said, a good casual bar spot."

"We were inconvenienced when we tried to call ahead of time to place an order. So we get there the young lady was nice even though I was not satisfied with the excuse she have for them not excepting orders for pickup over the phone. So we get homewhich was about 15 minutes away and to our surprise the order was not correct. I called immediately and the manager on dutyassured me that we would be taken care of since we couldn't return. My fiancé had to go to work. He said take pictures and Idid just that. Well we called ahead again and we did not get taken care of as told to us. So to pay almost $65.00 forfood,beverages and a dessert is absurd. We were messed over all the way around. Worst customer service experience ever. Razoosmay have had other people play games like that but we are not those type of people. The innocent people has to suffer for theway others have acted. It's like someone went in our seafood plate took a huge portion out. The pasta was cold... cheese thatwas on there didn't even melt. It had no flavor, skimped on the meat no sauce and no extra cheese or extra sauce as I requested.This is my favorite dish from Razoos. So i knowww what it should be like. Just terrible. I don't even want to give thislocation no stars. Guess what she finally agreed to at least give us one of the orders and it must have been old because it wascold and still skimpy. We also saw a line of people waiting for pickup and soneone else was there as well with a do over! Wow!!I love Razoos but this location was my first time there. Never everrrrr again!!!"

"For our holiday girls night out we chose Razoo?s in Cedar Hill. Great choice by the way. It was a Monday evening with no wait for a table. We loved the fact that the restaurant wasn?t overly crowded. The location worked well for everyone in attendance. Upon arrival, one of the three hostesses pointed out our table. Our server Malik was awesome, accommodating and attentive but not overbearing. The side cesar salads ordered took a while to reach our table but they were worth the wait. A few of our guests selected the Hurricane Salmon which was a hit! I requested the removal of spicy hurricane glaze and it was done. Even without the glaze, the Salmon was delicious and cooked to perfection. The overcooked green beans smothered in gravy were the only reason my plate wasn?t cleaned.. This along with the slow delivery of the side salads and the greeting upon arrival all could have been better. Overall? Location ? Food ? Food Presentation ? Atmosphere ? Service ? ?"

"Came in tonight and placed a 70 dollar order. When I get home I’m missing my sisters pecan pie and my aunts pasta. We notice we have an online order bag and again I placed my order IN STORE. So my aunt call and ask for a manager the lady gone tell me she know she made the order correct when I’m literally looking at my bag say ivy. So boom my auntie say can she speak with another manager when I saw my self the other black round man there. She say he gone when I left 10 minutes ago. I say if I have to drive back and bring my order it need to be remade she said no she won’t do that and hung up in my face. Twice! So I head up there to get my food remade and the black round man come from around the corner??? I thought he was gone???? I asked why she lied she sat there looking as crazy as she sounded on the phone. They make my order right like it should have been and he comes from around the corner and tells me I can’t come back. Y’all need to fix y’all’s management team. Never dealt with anything like this at this location and I won’t be back. All I wanted way my order remade that I paid for. I will be forwarding her to corporate. I asked the people her name is Hanna. Fix this."

"My first visit with friends to this restaurant was excellent. The customer service was wonderful, with the doors being opened for us upon arrival and we were seated promptly. We didn't have to wait long for our drinks, appetizers, and meals. The waitress checked on us frequently and refilled our drinks as needed. I ordered the stuffed crab and it was delicious - I have no complaints! The fried pickles were also tasty. I hope to come back soon to try more items on the menu. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant."

"I absolutely love Razzoo's Cajun Cafe and hadn't visited in a while, especially not this particular location. The food was amazing! I tried a dish I had never even heard of before—some sort of fritters filled with grits, shrimp, and cheese. Oh my goodness, it was delicious! My friend ordered what looked like a fried shrimp platter, and it also looked great. Our waitress was lovely, though she seemed a bit shy. We didn’t have to wait long for a table, which was nice. I met my friend there, and while we mainly wanted a place to sit and chat, we definitely enjoyed the food; I mean, who goes to Razzoo’s just for drinks? The atmosphere was lively and perfectly matched the vibe of the restaurant, which isn’t really the best for a quiet catch-up. The kids had been shopping at the mall all day, so it was convenient for them with the good food so close by. I will definitely be back!"

"I finally made it to Razzoo 's!! Was it worth the suspenseful wait...not in my opinion. I am, by no means, a Cajun food conoseuir ? but I know decent food when I taste it. Removing the appetizer, we walked away paying about $20 per person. When I say we ...I really mean I . My son wanted to go back to this other restaurant in the same plaza but I wanted to try a place we hadn 't been. He ordered the Jambalaya and I had a Tilapia dish. My son hardly touched his food and halfway through mine, I hit nothing but salt. I attempted to eat it but it was just too much. I sit here now nauseous. The serving staff is young but I had no issues. I was greeted at the door by two young individuals holding two separate doors. Enthusiasm is never a flaw. The restaurant was well-lit. The decor, lighting and music volume was at a suitable level to create a calming family ambience. My server was attentive and able to offer opinions about some of the dishes. As always... it 's best to experience it yourself and formulate your own opinion."

"The food at this restaurant was excellent, but the service left much to be desired. On a Sunday afternoon with only a few tables occupied, there were multiple servers on duty yet our experience was still lacking. The waiter seemed inexperienced or simply indifferent, as he struggled to fulfill simple requests. My wife had to ask for coffee, which he had to confirm the availability of before eventually delivering without inquiring about cream or sugar. He also left our table with empty drinks and failed to offer refills until prompted multiple times. It was apparent that he was not attentive to his duties, unlike other wait staff who appeared to be more engaged with their tables."

"I've been wanting to visit this restaurant since it opened, and I finally made it there tonight! I was certainly not disappointed. Our waitress, Olivia, was incredible. I believe every restaurant should have an Olivia! Since it was my first time dining here, I had quite a few questions, and she provided thorough explanations for everything. She was very helpful and attentive, which made my experience fantastic, compensating for any minor shortcomings the restaurant might have had. The wait to be seated and for our food was not long at all. I will absolutely return and will gladly wait as long as necessary to be seated in Olivia's section again!"

"The service at this restaurant has significantly worsened. When I entered to place a takeout order at the bar, the bartender completely overlooked me, despite my waiting for about 10 minutes. I eventually had to ask the host to take my order. After what felt like an eternity, my food finally arrived, but it was completely wrong. To add to my disappointment, the prices have increased, and the shrimp basket was much smaller than expected for what I paid."
